Ordinance amending Ordinance on the preservation and disposal of archival material from educational institutions

§ 1

In executive order No. 343 of 6. May 2008 about the preservation and disposal of archival material from the educational institutions is amended as follows:

Annex 2 shall be replaced by Appendix 1 to this notice.

§ 2

The notice shall enter into force on 19 September. June 2009.

Statutes and regulations of the institution and its Board of Directors.

(D):





Meeting minutes from Board meetings, headmaster, teacher associations and similar associations in periods in which the institution has been operating as a secretariat.

Special or principled correspondence or journal files.





 



(B):





Meeting minutes from the institution's teacher meetings, works councils and basic working groups.
