Publication of quality development and performance assessment in general adult education (avu)

In accordance with paragraph 21 (1), Two, in Law No 311 of 30. April 2008 on general adult education and on the recognition of real-competence issues in general adult education, in the training and training for student diplomas (avu-law) shall be established :

§ 1. Institutions providing general adult education must have and apply a system of quality development and evaluation of training and education, for, among other things, strengthening the institution's ability to carry out its responsibilities for training.

§ 2. For the purposes of self-evaluation, following this notice, a process that consists of collecting information and implementing procedures that enable continuous, systematic and critical discussions on educational and educational conditions in coherence with the institution ' s organisation and implementation of the training.

Paragraph 2. The quality system must include systematic and periodic self-evaluations in some key areas that the institution is choosing. The self-evaluations must be conducted continuously and at least every 3. Years. The self-evaluations shall cover all of the institution-selected key areas, cf. however, section 7 (4). 3.

§ 3. The quality development system and performance assessment system must ensure a procedure for self-evaluations and for continuous quality development with a view to, inter alia, that the instruction is in accordance with the objectives set and that the quality of The work of the institution is continually developed.

Paragraph 2. The quality development system and performance assessment system must ensure a procedure for the involvement of Kurds and takers in the ongoing self-assessment, quality development and performance assessment. It is not necessary to use the same evaluation method / system at each key area. The evaluation method / system must, however, be able to include the illumination of certain specified points, cf. § § 4 and 5.

§ 4 The system for quality development and performance assessment must be able to continuously illus :

1) how the institution's leadership is organised to carry out the professional and educational responsibility for training,

2) the relationship between the institution's values base and the selected strategy for self-evaluation,

3) the relationship between the selected strategy for self-evaluation and procedures for the implementation of self-evaluation,

4) how the institution carries out the self-evaluation of the key areas selected by the institution,

5) the impact of the self-evaluation in key areas ; and

6) the actions taken by the institution as part of the follow-up.

Paragraph 2. On the basis of self-evaluations, follow-up plans shall be drawn up, which describe change needs and measures, cf. Section 6 (2). 2.

§ 5. The institution shall have a procedure to shed light on the organisation and implementation of the training :

1) how the training and working forms underpin the professional progression of the training process, including the return of the couriers by the education process ;

2) the purpose of training and labour forms to support the purpose of training ;

3) the coherence and experience of the teaching and working methods, including the involvement of the couriers in the organisation of the training of the notification ;

4) the way in which a professional and educational update of the qualifications of the teachers is being updated.

Paragraph 2. The procedure shall also illustrse :

1) how the institution shall obtain the evaluation of the training courses and the evaluation of the training process and how the assessment is carried out ;

2) how reports from censors and the results of any external evaluations are involved ;

3) the experience gained in the transition and distribution to further training of the Member's being given to further education.

§ 6. On the basis of self-evaluations, the institution shall draw up at least every 3. years, written follow-up plans, which can be implemented in the current legislation on general adult education and in the context of the financial framework for training.

Paragraph 2. The follow-up plan shall be based on the documentation provided for the self-assessment and shall describe change needs and operational quality objectives. It must show the actions undertaken by the institution as part of the follow-up, and within which the timetable will be implemented.

Paragraph 3. The latest two follow-up plans must be available at the institution and on the institution's website.

§ 7. The institution must always be able to document its system of quality development and performance assessment and its use in the Ministry of Education.

Paragraph 2. The Ministry will be able to obtain information about the system. The Ministry may provide that the information should be submitted in electronic form, including in the format.

Paragraph 3. The Ministry may provide concrete poopenings about the evaluation of other key areas other than those selected by the institution and whether to follow up.

§ 8. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. August 2009.
