Law on changing the laws of the Ministry of Education at the same time

(Exemption for the payment requirement for higher education for children of certain foreign workers in Denmark)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the law on higher education training schools, cf. Law Order no. 1091 of 18. This is November 2008, as amended by Section 23 of Law No 516 and Section 3 of the law. 537, both of 12. In June 2009, the following changes are made :

1. I section 24 (2). 4, is inserted after no 1 as new number :

" 2) have been granted a residence permit in accordance with Article 9 (c) of the foreignment. 1, as a child of a foreigner who is a national of a country which is not connected to the European Union or to the EEA Agreement, a residence permit shall be granted under the section 9 a of the foreigner, cf. however, paragraph 1 5, "

paragraphs 2 and 3 will be no. 3 and 4.

2. I § 24 inserted after paragraph 1. 4 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 5. A foreign student is subject to paragraph 1. 4, no. 2, irrespective of the fact that the parent ' s residence permit after the Danish Act of the foreignment section 9 is terminated at the time of the student ' s admission to training. ` ;

Paragraph 5 shall then be referred to in paragraph 5. 6.

3. I section 24 (2). 5, there will be paragraph 1. the following paragraph shall be added to paragraph 6. 4 ":" and 5 ".

§ 2

Law no. 346 of 14. May 2008 on vocational education for higher education, as amended by Section 20 of Act No 516 and Section 4 of the law. 537, both of 12. In June 2009, the following changes are made :

1. I section 24 (2). 4 , is inserted after no 1 as new number :

" 2) have been granted a residence permit in accordance with Article 9 (c) of the foreignment. 1, as a child of a foreigner who is a national of a country which is not connected to the European Union or to the EEA Agreement, a residence permit shall be granted under the section 9 a of the foreigner, cf. however, paragraph 1 5, "

paragraphs 2 and 3 will be no. 3 and 4.

2. I § 24 inserted after paragraph 1. 4 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 5. A foreign student is subject to paragraph 1. 4, no. 2, irrespective of the fact that the parent ' s residence permit after the Danish Act of the foreignment section 9 is terminated at the time of the student ' s admission to training. ` ;

Paragraph 5 shall then be referred to in paragraph 5. 6.

3. I section 24 (2). 5, there will be paragraph 1. the following paragraph shall be added to paragraph 6. 4 ":" and 5 ".

§ 3

Law no. 207 by 31. March 2008 on vocational education and training courses, as amended by Section 1 of Act 1. 537 of 12. In June 2009, the following changes are made :

1. I § 35, paragraph. 1, is inserted after no 1 as new number :

" 2) have been granted a residence permit in accordance with Article 9 (c) of the foreignment. 1, as a child of a foreigner who is a national of a country which is not connected to the European Union or to the EEA Agreement, a residence permit shall be granted under the section 9 a of the foreigner, cf. however, paragraph 1 2, "

paragraphs 2 and 3 will be no. 3 and 4.

2. I § 35 inserted after paragraph 1. 1 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 2. A foreign student is subject to paragraph 1. 1, no. 2, irrespective of the fact that the parent ' s residence permit after the Danish Act of the foreignment section 9 is terminated at the time of the student ' s admission to training. ` ;

Paragraph 2 is then referred to in paragraph 2. 3.

3. I § 35, paragraph. 2, there will be paragraph 1. the following paragraph shall be added after ' paragraph 1 1 ": and 2".

§ 4

Law no. 220 of 8. April 2008, on media and journalism school, as amended by Section 5 of Act 5. 537 of 12. In June 2009, the following changes are made :

1. I Section 22 (2). 4 , is inserted after no 1 as new number :

" 2) have been granted a residence permit in accordance with Article 9 (c) of the foreignment. 1, as a child of a foreigner who is a national of a country which is not connected to the European Union or to the EEA Agreement, a residence permit shall be granted under the section 9 a of the foreigner, cf. however, paragraph 1 5, "

paragraphs 2 and 3 will be no. 3 and 4.

2. I § 22 inserted after paragraph 1. 4 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 5. A foreign student is subject to paragraph 1. 4, no. 2, irrespective of the fact that the parent ' s residence permit after the Danish Act of the foreignment section 9 is terminated at the time of the student ' s admission to training. ` ;

Paragraph 5 shall then be referred to in paragraph 5. 6.

3. I Section 22 (2). 5, there will be paragraph 1. the following paragraph shall be added to paragraph 6. 4 ":" and 5 ".

§ 5

In the law of the institutions for vocational training, cf. Law Order no. 938 of 22. September 2008, as amended by Section 2 of Law No 289 of 15. April 2009 and section 22 of law no. 516 and Section 6 of the law. 537, both of 12. In June 2009, the following changes are made :

1. I Section 15 (3). 1, the ' paragraph shall be amended 2-8. " for the following : 2-9. "

2. I Section 15 (3). 5, the following number 1 is added as a new number :

" 2) have been granted a residence permit in accordance with Article 9 (c) of the foreignment. 1, as a child of a foreigner who is a national of a country which is not connected to the European Union or to the EEA Agreement, a residence permit shall be granted under the section 9 a of the foreigner, cf. however, paragraph 1 6, "

paragraphs 2 and 3 will be no. 3 and 4.

3. I § 15 inserted after paragraph 1. 5 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 6. A foreign student is subject to paragraph 1. 5, no. 2, irrespective of the fact that the parent ' s residence permit after the Danish Act of the foreignment section 9 is terminated at the time of the student ' s admission to training. ` ;

Paragraph 6-8 is then being referred to in paragraph 1. 7-9.

4. I Section 15 (3). 6, there will be paragraph 1. the following paragraph shall be inserted after paragraph 1. 5 ":" and 6 ".

§ 6

In the law of open training (professional adult education), etc., cf. Law Order no. 939 of 22. September 2008, as amended by Section 5 of Law No 1173 by 10. This is December 2008 and Section 7 of the law. 478 of 12. In June 2009, the following changes are made :

1. I Section 4 (4). 2, is inserted after no 1 as new number :

" 2) have been granted a residence permit in accordance with Article 9 (c) of the foreignment. 1, as a child of a foreigner who is a national of a country which is not connected to the European Union or to the EEA Agreement, a residence permit shall be granted under the section 9 a of the foreigner, cf. however, paragraph 1 3, "

paragraphs 2 and 3 will be no. 3 and 4.

2. I § 4 inserted after paragraph 1. 2 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 3. A foreign student is subject to paragraph 1. 2, no. 2, irrespective of the fact that the parent ' s residence permit after the Danish Act of the foreignment section 9 is terminated at the time of the student ' s admission to training. ` ;

paragraphs 3 and 4 are then referred to in paragraph 1. 4 and 5.

3. I Section 4 (4). 3, there will be paragraph 1. 4, the following paragraph shall be inserted. 2 ":" and 3 ".

§ 7

Law no. 333 of 18. In May 2005 on scholarships to certain foreign students in short and medium-term higher education, the following changes shall be made :

1. I Section 1 (1). 2, pasted as Three. Point. :

" Students do not have access to scholarships in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 if they are granted at the time of entry into the training of a residence permit in accordance with Article 9 (c) of the foreign-above. 1, as a child of a foreigner who is a national of a country which is not connected to the European Union or to the EEA Agreement, has been granted residence permits in accordance with Article 9 (a) of the foreignment. `

§ 8

The law shall enter into force on 1. July, 2009.
