Publication to finance the operation of the auditing board and the investigation system

In accordance with section 50 of the approved accountants and auditors (revision of the auditors), cf. law no. 468 of 17. June 2008 shall be determined :

§ 1. In order to finance the operation of the auditing board and the survey system, the Vocational and Corporate Agency shall charge a fee from all auditors who are subject to the operation of the auditing system. 1. January 2009 was approved and associated with an accounting firm. The fee will cover funding for 2009.

Paragraph 2. For the Revised Board, the fee for 2009 is DKK 300 per. CPA. For the investigation system, the fee for 2009 is DKK A thousand per. CPA.

Paragraph 3. 2009 charges for the operation of the auditor supervision shall be determined and collected at a later date.

Entry into force

§ 2. The announcement will enter into force on the 29th. June 2009.

Paragraph 2. At the same time, notice No 916 of 16. September 2008 on the financing of the operation of the auditor supervision, the auditing board and the investigating system.
