2. § 17, paragraph 1. 1, ITREAS :
' A cosmetic product shall not be placed on the market if the cosmetic product in its final form or its ingredients or its compounds in order to satisfy the requirements of this notice has been the subject of animals during use ; of such a method which is not an alternative method provided for in Commission Regulation (EC) No 2, 440/2008 of 30. May 2008 laying down experimental methods in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 2 of the European Parliament and of the Council. 1907/2006 on the registration, assessment and approval of and restrictions on chemicals (REACH) or in Annex 9 for this notice. `
3. Section 33 (4). SEVEN, TWO. pkt., ITREAS :
' The quantitative information to be made available to the public in accordance with paragraph 1. 1, no. 1 shall be limited to substances fulfilling the criteria for one of the following categories or category of danger as listed in Annex I to Regulation (EC) No (EC) No (EC) No (EC) No (EC) No 1272/2008 :
1) Faregrade 2.1 to 2.4, 2.6 and 2.7, 2.8 type A and B, 2.9, 2.10, 2.12, 2.13 categories 1 and 2, 2.14 categories 1 and 2, 2.15 type A F. F.
2) Clause 3.1 to 3.6, 3.7 adverse effects on sexual function and reproductive ability or development, 3.8 other effects other than narcotic effects, 3.9 and 3.10.
3) Classy 4.1.
4) Clause 5.1. "
4. I in Annex 1, no. 10, annex 2, nr. 43 and 378, help annex 2-2, no. 379 and in Annex 4, nr. 77891 the words ' preparations ' shall be replaced by : mixtures.
5. I Annex 2, serial number 22, column b, in the case of ' 4-Aminobenzoat free excluding those referred to in Annex 6 ` to : ' 4-Aminobenzoic acid esters and salts of the amino group with the amino-group and salts of the amino group with the aminog group free '.
6. I Annex 2, the following Annex 1 to this notice is inserted, the serial number 1397 and 1398 shall be replaced by the following Annex 1.
7. I Annex 3, Part 1, the following serial number shall be inserted after serial number 44 of new serial numbers 45 and 46, replaced by Annex 2 to this notice.
8. I Annex 3, Part 1, the following serial number shall be inserted after serial number 65, new serial number 68 shall be replaced by the text of Annex 3 to this notice.
9. I Annex 3, Part 1, the following serial number shall be inserted after the serial number 178, new serial number 179, replaced by Annex 4 to this notice.

§ 2
Paragraph 1. The announcement will enter into force on the eighth. July 2009, cf. however, paragraph 1 2-5.
Paragraph 2. § 1, no. 2, 4 and 12 shall apply from 1. June 2010.
Paragraph 3. § 1, no. 3, shall apply from 1. December 2010.
Paragraph 4. § 1, no. 5 and 10 shall apply from the 8. October 2009.
Paragraph 4. § 1, no. 6-9, apply from 5. November, 2009.
Paragraph 5. Limitations and conditions for the substance to the customs, cf. § 1, no. 9 shall apply from 5. February, 2010.
