Completion of the testing of a nutrient sample to certain food establishments (nutritional test)

In accordance with paragraph 5 (2), Paragraph 6 (1) and section 6 (1). 1, in Law No 1. 486 of 9. June 2004 on food stores, as last amended by law no. 391 of 25. May 2009 :

Approach test

§ 1. The nutritional test provides access to a food-delivery letter.

Paragraph 2. The test sample shall be submitted to a test site approved by the Corporate and Corporate Management Board. The terms of approval are given in Appendix 1.

Paragraph 3. The terms of sampling shall be determined by the Enterprise and the Corporate Services Board and are shown in Appendix 2.

The content of the nutritional sample

§ 2. The test sample contains questions relating to the rules on taxation, on packaging, food and working environment.

Registration for near-nutrition test

§ 3. Registration for the nutritional test shall be made by way of a request to the individual test site. The test place has a duty to guide the sample participant.

Paragraph 2. The name, address, and CPR number of the test participant shall be indicated. For persons without Danish CPR no. the name, address and corresponding identification number must be given. Registration of CPR # may be carried out only where the consentee is given consent.

Billing for the nutritional test

§ 4. The closure of the nutritional sample costs 600 kra to be paid by contract with the sample site.

Paragraph 2. The sample place shall not be eligible for payment if the sample participant reports to the test site no later than 5 weekdays before the test is held. The appodities of the right to tender shall also be presented in subsequent absence due to documented specific conditions, such as their own disease or death in the immediate family.

Paragraph 3. Expenditure in connection with the documentation referred to in paragraph 1. 2, shall be borne by the sample participant.

The proximity of the nutritional test

§ 5. The test shall be tested on the test site.

Paragraph 2. The sample participant shall show valid imaging identification with CPR No, at the test. For persons without Danish CPR no. valid imaging identification with corresponding identification number must be displayed.

§ 6. The test consists of the response to an electronic check box that contains questions and response options. The sample may be taken in Danish or English, and it is possible to have the issues read up in the said languages.

Paragraph 2. The sample is individually submitted. During the test, the following people may be present in the enclosure :

1) the test participants listed on the enrollment list ;

2) the supervisors,

3) the orator, and

4) any sidekicks, cf. sections 8 and 9.

Paragraph 3. When the time set for the response to the check box is expired, it is only possible to answer the ongoing question.

§ 7. The completed checkboxes are corrected electronically by the IT system. The system immediately provides a notification of whether the sample has been passed or not passed.

Paragraph 2. If the test has been passed, the test participant shall obtain a receipt indicating that the sample is passed. In addition, the result will be saved by the IT system.

Paragraph 3. The sample participant shall have a copy of the check-box with the questions that have not been answered correctly.

Paragraph 4. A test could not be taken. However, a new sample may be enrolled in, cf. § § 3 and 4.

Submission of nutritional assistance with interpreting aid

§ 8. The test participants may, by way of abandonship of the sample, have the questions translated by an interpreter to German or French. In writing, the test participant shall notify the Errecruvs and Company Management Board thereof within two weeks before the test is carried out.

Paragraph 2. The Administrative Board shall select and pay the interpreter in question.

Submission of a nutritional test on specific terms and conditions

§ 9. Samples which, due to specific circumstances, including physical or mental handicaps, cannot be audits on the usual terms, may be subject to special conditions. It is a prerequisite that the examination of the test on a particular level does not alter the professional level or content of the test.

Paragraph 2. The test participant shall itself provide the required assistance. The test participant shall also bear the costs of such expenditure.

§ 10. The examination of the examination of special conditions must take place in writing to the Enterprise and Company Management Board no later than two weeks before the examination of the test.

Paragraph 2. The application shall be accompanied by evidence of the conditions that form the basis for the application. The expenses associated with the documentation shall be borne by the applicant.

Paragraph 3. The application must be in addition to the provisions of paragraph 1 2 mentioned conditions contain name, address and CPR No, cf. however, section 3 (3). TWO, TWO. Act.

Abduction and undue removal of the nutritional sample

§ 11. If the sample participant has attempted to submit or have taken the sample unduly, the sample is considered invalid. A sample participant, which brings aid which is not authorised or which is improperly obtained or provides for a different test participant in response to the sample or is attempting to do so, is immediately expelled from the sample.

Paragraph 2. In the case of larging, violent or other disruptive behaviour, the enclosure may expel the sample participant from the sample and the sample will be suspended.

Paragraph 3. The sampling participant shall be given in the Parties in paragraph 1. 1-2 cases not repaid the amount of the test fee.

Entry into force into force

§ 12. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July, 2009.

Paragraph 2. At the same time, notice No 363 of 19. April 2007 on the abandonments of the food-store nutrition food store, food-wholesswork and restauration and hotel business, etc. (near-test).

Appendix 1

Approval as a test site and revocation of approval

Test site approval

A test site must be approved by the Corporate and Corporate Management Board. The application for authorisation to be a test site must be submitted to the Agency for the Enterprise and the Corporate Protection Agency. All educational establishments approved by the Ministry of Education may apply for a test site via www.virk.dk ; the application of the digital company signature needs to be applied.

The application must include information on the educational institution, including

-WHAT? name,

-WHAT? address,

-WHAT? CVR No,

-WHAT? mail and

-WHAT? institution number.

The sample place shall declare the correct and complete information supplied. In addition, it must be declared that the test site will comply with the requirements set out in this notice and associated appenditions. At the same time, consent must be given for the purpose of obtaining the necessary information in order to decide whether the conditions for approval are fulfilled.

It may be associated with impunity to provide inaccurate or misleading information to the Corporate and Corporate Management Board.

The sample will receive a digital acknowledgment as a printer that can print out. The receipt is shown in the receipt that the test site has been approved. The approval may also be sent to one or more email addresses.

Requirements for sampling points

In the case of the tests, they shall comply with the requirements of the publication and Annex thereto. In order to ensure this, the test site shall, inter alia, appoint an enclosure.

In order to comply with the requirements, the test sites shall include :

1.
Make sure it is the right test participant to test the sample. The sample place shall require valid imaging identification with CPR no, cf. however, section 5 (5), TWO, TWO. Act.
2.
keep the premises and other facilities available for the performance of the sample, including providing a computer for each test participant, cf. further Annex 2.
3.
Provide an opportunity to take it in section 1 (1). 1, said test.
4.
Offer the test on special conditions and ensure that the sample participant has been authorised by the Errecruvs and Corporate Management Board, cf. further Annex 2.
5.
Verify that a test is not unduly unwrongfully. In this case the test place must draw conclusions from this, cf. § 11.
6.
Assist test participants who have passed the test with the registration of the food-alert letter in the near-near-base, cf. Annex 2.
7.
Furthermore, ensure that it is possible to audition in accordance with the provisions laid down in this notice and the corresponding Annexes.

The test sites shall, in addition, have an obligation to update the time and place of the test and the procedures for the enrollment and payment terms, including the time limit, and the procedure for doing so. The test sites shall send confirmation to the applicant that this is available for the test application.

The Corporate and Corporate Management Board may withdraw information concerning the individual test sites.

Withdrawal of approval as a test site

The Corporate and Corporate Management Board may exclude a test site where it is estimated that the sample is not suitable for the task, including the site of the test site ;

-WHAT? omits to give the required information, or has failed, misleading or incorrect information, or

-WHAT? In any case, it shall not be possible to give an auditing test in accordance with the provisions laid down in this notice.


Appendix 2

Closer to the closure of the nutritional sample

Contents of the nutritional spear

The purpose of the test is to ensure that the person who is to operate a food business has the knowledge of the rules that apply to the operation of the establishment.

The test contains a number of issues in the areas which are important for the operation of food business. The questions are about the rules on the working environment, food, taxes and duties, as well as the pant of packaging.

The test consists of the response to an electronic check box that contains questions that each have unique response options. The correct response must be checked. The questions are selected and coincidentally from a database.

The questions for the aggregate sample are assumed to be answered within a time period of not more than 60 minutes.

Additional rules for use of the computer near the nutritional test

The test site must provide a computer with connectivity to the steering system for each test participant. It is not allowed for the sample participant itself to bring and use a computer, USB port, mobile phones or something like that.

It is only allowed to bring non-electronic dictionaries to the test.

The test site shall ensure that, during the test, the test rooms must be properly adjusted to the purpose so that, inter alia, there is a calm setting and the possibility for the sampling of the samples ; is in an appropriate distance from each other.

Technical assistance shall be provided from the test site during the test to remedy any technical difficulties with the test site equipment.

If, during the test, power failures or other problems with the use of the computer equipment which cannot be remedied immediately or remedied, and if the problems cause significant genes for the execution of the sample, the participant shall have the right to take ; a new sample without a new payment. In other cases of similar nature, the rules which are also applicable to test sites shall apply.

Submission of the nutritional test on specific terms and conditions

As a starting point, there can be no practical help during the test. Special conditions can, however, make it possible to obtain practical help during the test. For example, it can be physical or mental handicaps, readyness or dyslexia. In such cases, the test may be subject to special conditions.

The permit to make the presence of the nutritional test on particular conditions must be brought to the test. In addition, the test site must be notified when enrolling in such a way as to allow the necessary measures to be carried out. The test site shall be subject to a specific condition only if the written consent of the Errecruvs and Corporate Management Board is presented.

Special conditions may be practical assistance or prolongation of the time to respond to the questions.

Abduction and undue removal of the nutritional sample

If a sample participant leaves the enclosure without the permit of a supervisors, the test shall be deemed to have expired for this test participant.

Communication between trial participants is not allowed.

The test site may dismiss a person if the person has shown larging, violent or other disturbingly behaviour during a test. Here, too, the nutritional test will be considered invalid.

On-site integration assistance

The test site must help test participants who have passed the nutritional test to be taken in the near-near-base. Inheritance in the near-near-base can be done immediately after a test has been passed if the sample participant has brought it or the relevant CVR-no.

For the applicant, the test facility may perform the recording in the Near-command base by logging in with the employee's digital employee certificate. In addition, the sample participant may use its own digital signature and obtain assistance from the sample site.

Inclusion in the near-near-air base is done from the www.virk.dk/naeringsbasen,, the procedure
