Appendix 1

Publication of the amendment of public service notice

§ 1

Notice no. 502 of 17. June 2005 on public amusement, as amended by Notice No 1. 1326 of 14. In December 2005, the following changes are made :

1. section 16 (4). 4, ITREAS :

" Stop. 4. It must be stated in an authorization to use an amusement of amusement park of section 16 that the police may prohibit the use of the appliance in accordance with section 21 (2). 7, and the police and the company which, in accordance with section 21 (2), A view of the amusement apparatus in question shall be subject to access to inspection or, by the way, the inspection of the amusement park where appropriate by the police or the caretaker ' s company ' s inspection. ` ;

§ 17. The police may approve special amusement apparatus, cf. § 16.

Paragraph 2. For the approval of paragraph 1, The police shall decide whether or not to tighten controls on the amusement park. In this respect, the police are deciding on the duration of the intensified checks.

Paragraph 3. The company that, after paragraph 18 (1), is : 2, shall issue the supervisory book of the amusement apparatus in question, when issuing the supervisory book, a recommendation to the police on whether or, where appropriate, how long the amusement apparatus shall be carried out.

§ 18. The application for approval of amusement apparatus previously used in this country must be lodged by the owner or the user to the police in the police circle where the applicant is domiciled or, if the applicant is a company, the company, head office where the apparatus has been produced or where the first time is taken in use.

Paragraph 2. The application shall be accompanied by a sealed inspection book issued by the undertaking pursuant to section 21 (1). 1, the inspection of the amusement apparatus in question shall indicate that the appliance is to ensure that the use of the use does not present a danger to the audience or to the staff to serve it. The viewing book shall specify the conditions for security reasons for the design, construction and use of the appliance. The inspection book shall contain boxes for subsequent inspection and any deficiencies to be remedied and a sketch indicating the main objectives of the appliance and the instructions for guidance. The inspection book shall also be provided on the first page with the following endorsement : ' The owner or the user of the amusement apparatus to which this supervision book relates is the duty to provide the staff serving the apparatus the instruction in which it is operated ; supervise the appliance necessary for the proper conduct of such amusement. The inspection book shall be kept at the amusement park and at the request of the amusement park and shall be presented to the police and to the company responsible for seeing the amusement of amusement. ` ;

Paragraph 3. The title of the book for the in section 16 (1). In the first page, on the first page, the following endorsement shall bear the following endorsement : ' The owner or the user of the amusement apparatus to which this surveillance book relates is responsible for the service being operated only by people who are 18 years old. In addition, the owner or user has a duty to provide the staff serving the appliance, the instructions for handling and overseeing the appliance required for a responsible conduct of the said attraction. The inspection book shall be kept at the amusement park and at the request of the amusement park and shall be presented to the police and to the company responsible for seeing the amusement of amusement. ` ;

Paragraph 4. The name and date of birth on the staff of the owner or the holder of an amusement apparatus empowered to operate the appliance shall be indicated in an annex to the inspection book for amusement appliances referred to in section 16 (4). 2.

Paragraph 5. The company that, in accordance with section 21 (2), 1, perform the examination of the amusement apparatus in question, after the prior consultation of the other undertakings accredited by the Danish Accreditation and Transit Fund (DANAK), to take account of special amusement apparatus, enter the the inspection book on the amusement of the amusement park of section 16 (4). 2. The companies that have been consulted must be informed of the results of the vision when the supervision book is drawn up.

Paragraph 6. The inspection book shall be attached to two copies of the drawings necessary for the documentation of the security, including a sketch indicating the main objectives, description and calculations of the appliance, as well as operating instructions to be drawn up by : the supplier.

§ 19. The approval shall be in writing and shall specify the conditions for security reasons for the design, construction and use of the apparatus, in accordance with the conditions laid down in the light of the rules. Section 18 (2). 2.

Paragraph 2. The approval must also indicate whether or not to monitor the appliance and, where appropriate, for how long, cf. § 17, paragraph 1. 2.

Paragraph 3. At the same time, with the approval, the accompanying documents and the supervisors shall be provided with the stamp of the police, after which the one set of appendixes and the surveillance book shall be provided to the owner of the apparatus

20. An amusement apparatus whose design has been changed in relation to the last authorized authorisation may not be used before the police have approved the amendment.

Paragraph 2. The provisions of sections 18 and 19 shall apply mutatis mulaam. If the change is approved, this shall be recorded in the supervision book. In addition, the drawings, descriptions and calculations, etc., which followed the first application for approval of the appliance shall be rectified.

§ 21. An amusement apparatus which is part of section 16 shall appear every year immediately before it is taken into service for the first time, to ensure that no changes have been made to the approved design that it is defensible and that it is, by the way, the case ; do not present a danger to the audience or to the staff who shall serve it. Where special conditions make it necessary (complicated or particularly strong apparatus, etc.), the police may make a requirement for a view on several occasions within one year. This requirement must, if necessary, be entered in the supervisory book.

Paragraph 2. Emotional devices covered by Section 16 (1). In addition, at least once a year, an unannounced view shall be at least once a year in the course of the season.

Paragraph 3. Acid to paragraph 1. 1 may be carried out only by undertakings accredited to carry out inspection of special amusement apparatus of the Danish Accreditation and Transit Fund (DANAK) or an equivalent accreditation body which is co-signatory of the European Community ; co-operation of Accreditation Multilateral Agreement on Mutual Recognition (EA 01/06). The undertaking concerned shall be responsible for the surveys of all parts of the amusement park.

Paragraph 4. Unannounced view of paragraph 1. 2 shall be carried out by the same undertaking, which has carried out the inspection of the apparatus in accordance with paragraph 1. 1.

Paragraph 5. Unannounced view of paragraph 1. 2 the person concerned shall also ensure that any deficiencies previously listed in the supervisory book are appointed and that the appliance shall be operated solely by persons whose name and date of birth are in the Annex to the supervisory book for the appliance, cf. Section 18 (2). 4.

Paragraph 6. The company shall set the date for unannounced inspection in accordance with paragraph 1. 2, cf. paragraph 5, and any comments made on the outcome of the supervision book. The undertaking shall immediately disclose information on these findings to the place of police, in cases where there is a view of paragraph 1. 2, cf. paragraph 5, has been identified defects, etc.

Paragraph 7. The police may, at any time, prohibit the use of amusement appliances covered by Section 16 if necessary for the safety of the public or the staff serving it.

Paragraph 8. The police and the establishment in accordance with paragraph 1. A view of the amusement apparatus in question shall be made available at the request of any given time to inspection or, by the way, the visual amusement of the amusement park, where appropriate by the police or the caretaker ' s company.

Niner. 9. If errors or deficiencies are identified, the police may tightest the conditions for the approval of the amusement park, cf. Section 19 (1). 1, as well as the permit, if necessary, may be withdrawn.

§ 21 a. A certificate of inspection shall be subject to a certificate of inspection in accordance with Section 16. Annex 1. The certificate must contain information about the outcome of the last sight and it shall be recorded in the certificate, which is the point of the amusement park.

Paragraph 2. The company that, in accordance with section 21 (2), 1, perform the inspection of the said amusement device, sign the certificate of inspection and provide it with its stamp or label.

Paragraph 3. The owner or user of the amusement apparatus shall be placed at the entrance of the front of the headlamp at the entrance to the front of the front of the audience at the latest, without undue delay, to the presence of the headlamp.

§ 22. The costs of the surveys referred to in section 18-21 shall be borne by the owner of the amusement park.

Insurance

-23. The owner of a public attraction must draw statutory occupational health insurance for possible co-aid and liability insurance, which shall cover any liability in respect of the public. The insurance policy shall be as a minimum as 5 million. DKK for personal injury and 2 million. DKK by injury. ` ;

3. As Annex 1 the Annex shall be added to this notice.

§ 2

Paragraph 1. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July 2009, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. Section 21 a in the notice of public entertainment, as drawn up by this Order Section 1, no. 2, enter into force on 1. August 2009.

Paragraph 3. § 1, no. Paragraph 1 shall not apply to authorisations issued before the entry into force of this notice.

Paragraph 4. Ascending devices covered by Section 16, which before the entry into force of this notice shall be considered by a certificate of inspection at first sight by the first sight after the 31. July, 2009.

Appendix 1

Verifying certificate of special amusement apparatus

The inspection of the amusement apparatus of the amusement park :
The aerial apparatus is sighted and found in sound condition.
The enlistment apparatus is defensible and does not, in any case, present a danger to the audience or to the staff serving it.
Date of vision :
Signature company signature and stamp
Guidelines for the use of the amusement apparatus in question
and the instructions of the staff should always be followed.
