Publication of the amendment of the notification of ecological stork air air

§ 1

Notice no. 1240 of 17. In December 2008, on ecological storage air, the following changes are made :

1. § 4 ITREAS :

" § 4. For ecologically, this notice shall mean an indication of the percentage of the raw materials purchases of the store, measured in either crowns or in the net weight of organic commodities.

Paragraph 2. Only the raw materials of agricultural or aquaculture origin must be included in the calculation of the ecology percentage.

Paragraph 3. Large kitchens, which make up the ecology percentage in crowns and ears, must in the calculation of the eco-percentage in the production of conventional herbs, fruit or vegetables, as the purchase of conventional raw materials with an amount fixed at the price of the same kind of raw material on the free market (market price). Large kitchens, which make up the ecology percentage in net weight, must in the calculation of the ecology percentage include the net weight of its own conventional seasons, fruit or vegetables as the purchase of conventional raw materials. `

2. I Section 11 (1). 3 the following shall be inserted after ' inventions ` shall be inserted : `, including the balance in crowns and in the net or net weight `.

3. I § 11 inserted after paragraph 1. 4 as new slices :

" Stop. 5. Large kitchens who wish to modify by the method of termination, which means deviations from the descriptions previously transmitted pursuant to paragraph 1. 3, prior to notification of this to the food subject and to receive a new registration, before notification of this. 4. I § 12, paragraph 1. 2 , the words ' section 11 (3) shall be replaced 3-5 " to : section 11, paragraph 1. 3-7.

5. I § 16 in paragraph 11, paragraph 1 shall be amended. Two-five " to : section 11, paragraph 1. 2-7.

6. I § 17, paragraph 1. 1, no. 2 , the words ' section 11 (3) shall be replaced 6 ` shall be : section 11 (4) ; 8 ".

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 3. July, 2009.
