Publication of the amendment of the edictable of recreational fishing in salt and fresh water, and tool-fishing activities, etc. in fresh water

§ 1

Notice no. 1199 of 11. In December 2008, on recreational fishing in salt and fresh water, and tool-fishing, etc. in fresh water, the following change shall be made :

1. § 22 ITREAS :

" § 22. One of the sections 20, paragraph 20. 1, no. 3 the permitted ruses allowed must be a travel dueling use.

Paragraph 2. The recaltitre shall be used as underwater ruse or sky-water ruse and must have at least 2 and a maximum of 3 calves. The mesh size of the space shall not exceed 30 mm (a whole mask). Paragraph 3. The Rusen must be equipped with rads and two arms. Raden must be 14 feet long. The two arms shall each be at least 1 m long and may not exceed 2 m long. The size of the mesh size in rads and arms shall not exceed 40 mm (a whole mask).

Paragraph 4. The most dex-equipped ruses must not be more than 90 cm. There must be no roof or bottom in the entry party. In addition, there must not be any additions to the tool.

Paragraph 5. The rechecking period must be provided with at least 3 and a maximum of 5 bulbs.

Paragraph 6. The recesses must not be drawn up until it is notified to the Fisheries Directorate, indicating the location of the location as far as possible in WGS 84 Datum or in the field of the instrument of the instrument.
