Appendix 1

Publication of vocational training in textiles, clothing, design and business (design technology)

In accordance with section 22 and section 30 of the Act 207 by 31. March 2008 on vocational education and training of professional training shall be determined as follows :

§ 1. The purpose of vocational training in textiles, clothing, design and business is to qualify the educated independent to work independently to plan, organise and perform tasks in textiles, clothing, design ; and business in the design, production, business, marketing and retail level.

Paragraph 2. The educated must have knowledge, skills and competencies as specified in Annex 1.

§ 2. The formation that is a full-time training is set to 120 ECTS points. 60 ECTS points shall be equal to the work of a full time student for 1 year.

Paragraph 2. Vocational training in textile, clothing, design and business is the right to use the title of design technology. The English title is AP Graduate in Design, Technology and Business.

Paragraph 3. The English title of the education is Academy Profession Degree Programme in Design, Technology and Business.

§ 3. The training consists of :

1) Mandatory training elements with a total of 30 ECTS points which are common to students.

2) 5 bottom of the courses of study each of which has a level of 45 ECTS points and one of which the student chooses one :

a) Design.

b) Production.

c) Business.

d) Marketing.

(e) Retail.

3) Internship with a total of 15 ECTS points.

4) Optional training elements which, for the individual students, have an overall scale of 15 ECTS points.

5) Final examination project of 15 ECTS points.

Paragraph 2. The required training elements, cf. paragraph 1, no. 1, in the following core areas, are organized :

1) Design the comprehensive design process, value philosophy, and aesthetics.

2) Business-wide business, commerce and communications.

3) Technology comprehensive technology, human and environment.

Paragraph 3. Studies in the design, cf. paragraph 1, no. 2 (a) shall be organized in the following core areas :

1) The Design Process.

2) Visual communications.

3) Trend and sociology.

Paragraph 4. Studies in the production of production, cf. paragraph 1, no. 2 (b) shall be organized in the following core areas :

1) Technology.

2) Product development.

3) Quality control.

Paragraph 5. Studies in business, cf. paragraph 1, no. 2 (c) shall be organized in the following core areas :

1) Trade.

2) Logistics.

3) Communications.

4) Product knowledge.

Paragraph 6. Studies in marketing, cf. paragraph 1, no. 2 (d) shall be organized in the following core areas :

1) Communications.

2) Concepter development.

3) Management.

Paragraph 7. Studies in the field of retail, cf. paragraph 1, no. Point 2 (e) shall be organized in the following core areas :

1) Visual merchandising.

2) Retail management.

3) Retail marketing.

§ 4. In the case of training, the rules on vocational training courses laid down in the announcement of vocational training and professional training courses, including the purpose, level, knowledge base, practice, content and organisation of vocational training, the duration and structure, access, scholar, study and examination of studies, study and study.

§ 5. The Ministry of Education may authorize the deviation of the notice as part of the experiment. At the same time, the duration of the test and the reporting form shall be determined.

Paragraph 2. The Ministry shall be able to dispense with the notice when it is justified in exceptional circumstances.

§ 6. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. This is August 2009 and has an impact on students that are beginning training on 1. August 2009, or later.

Paragraph 2. At the same time, notice No 628 of 18. June 2007 on vocational training (AK) (AK) in textiles, clothing and design (design technolog-AK).

Paragraph 3. The Education Institute may organise transitional arrangements, so that students who follow the training according to the previous rules, cf. paragraph 2, may complete training in accordance with the rules laid down in this notice.

Targets for training for vocational training in textiles, clothing, design and business

The objectives of the learning exchange include the knowledge, skills and competencies that a design technology log must achieve in training.

The trained design technology log has knowledge of

5) product characteristics and

6) Law.

The educated within Studying the marketing has also knowledge of :

1) marketing disciplines and tools ;

2) organisation and management ;

3) market,

4) communications,

5) international market perspectives ; and

6) Trending, fashion and lifestyle.

The educated within tuition of the study, has also knowledge of :

1) the marketplace,

2) trend, mode and lifestyle,

3) basic mercantile areas,

4) material characteristics,

5) analytical methods and

6) relevant legislation.

Skills

The trained design technology can

1) assess problem positions in the individual parts of a company's value chain and use basic theories and methods for resolving these ;

2) communicate the solutions to relevant parties verbally and in writing, including the use of relevant technical terms and terminology,

3) assess the correlation between price, quality, product and target group, and

4) apply appropriate IT programs.

The educated within the design of the study, may also

1) gather and evaluate trends, market and target groups ' requirements for design development ;

2) apply theory and method to ideas development, design, and product development, and make aesthetic assessment ;

3) use innovative methods with focus on industry and user needs,

4) disseminate technical and visual solutions, trends, ideas, design and products, both orally and in writing and

5) assess and select materials.

The educated within the production of the study, may also

1) assess and implement product development and product manufacturing processes ;

2) disseminate and document products to the technical part of the value chain ;

3) assess product solutions based on business needs and business relationships ;

4) use tools and equipment for the design, product development and product production, and

5) assess and select materials from the requirement specification of a product.

The educated within business orientation business may also

1) assess the trade implications of your enterprise's idea and strategy ;

2) perform vendor searches, supplier assessment, and the selection of suppliers ;

3) assess the market in order to conclude and develop partnerships ;

4) apply appropriate IT tools and management systems ;

5) assess the characteristics and uses of different materials and

6) resolve trade matters, taking into account national and international laws and regulations.

The educated within Studying the marketing may also

1) assess and apply the relevant theory in the area ;

2) collect, process and assess relevant market data,

3) work market-oriented based on the company's value base and in relation to the customer's needs ;

4) assess the potential market potential of a product or concept ;

5) disseminate marketing processes at national and international level.

The educated within tuition of the study, may also
