Ordinance amending Ordinance on the hf-programme organised as single subject teaching for adults (Strengthened student assessment)
In executive order No. 746 of 1. July 2008 about the hf-programme organised as single subject teaching for adults (hf-single subject notice), as amended by Decree No. 1147 by 2. December 2008, shall be amended as follows:
1. section 51 shall be replaced by the following: ' § 51. The student must be continuously evaluated. The evaluation must ensure that each student gets a clear picture of their own strengths, weaknesses and progress and provide the basis to adjust teaching.
(2). The result of the evaluation will be discussed with the students and are used to adjust the teaching progression and level in relation to students ' professional capabilities. "
2. Under section 51 shall be added:
» § 51 a. not provided final position characters (årskarakterer), but the teachers give at least twice a year the students an appreciation of their stance on the subject, see. (2). In subjects who quit after one semester, giving teachers at least twice during the training the students an appreciation of their subject's point of view, see. (2). The assessment will form the basis for a guide of each student about how the student develops its academic progression, its working methods, etc.
(2). The school decides how the assessment of students ' professional point of view, see. (1) must be made. The school may choose to give the student character in the subject position, giving the student writing assignments, grades with a character, or to use other evaluation methods based on concrete evidence.
(3). Pupils in stx, hhx and htx-programme taught in subjects or courses after this notice, are entitled to position characters and final progress assessment grades (årskarakterer) according to the rules laid down in the relevant education. '
3. section 54 is repealed.
4. section 55, paragraph 2 is replaced by the following: ' (2). Before a final written test, the students have to prepare a written offer of assignment during the exam like conditions. The task can be judged with a character. '
The notice shall enter into force on the 1. August 2009.
