Publication of the joint data basis for-and reporting as working seekers and at the individual contact flows

In accordance with section 11 (4), 4, and section 104 (3). 2 in the act of active employment, cf. Law Order no. 742 of 7. July 2009 and § § 65 and 66 of law no. 522 of 24. June 2005, on the responsibility and management of the active employment effort, as amended by Law No 1. 483 of 12. June 2009 shall be determined :

Objective

§ 1. The purpose of the Bekendom is to

1) ensure a common data basis for-and-off as a working-seeker, cf. law on the responsibility and management of active employment, and for temporary matters of the opportunity for the facilitation to be communicated to a job, to be called to job interviews, enabling and so on. (periodic conditions) and the individual contact flow, so that the information can be reused by all relevant actors in the employment effort,

2) ensure the identification of the employment potential of the employment potential of the working seekers and the employment ;

3) support the notice of compliance with the municipality's compliance with the rules on the casework steps, the local authority must conduct on job interviews in the individual contact cycle (visitation style).

Scope of application

§ 2. The job centre shall apply the provisions of this notice to and to enlist the persons referred to in section 11 in the Act of active employment and the subject of the law on the integration of foreigners in Denmark, section 25.

Paragraph 2. Chapter 7 of the Act on active employment, for persons covered by this law's section 2, nr. 1-3 and persons covered by the law on the integration of foreigners in Denmark, section 25,

Paragraph 4. Other operators shall apply the provisions in the publication for the registration of information that is provided in the individual contact cycle, cf. Chapter 7 of the Act on active employment, for persons covered by this law's section 2, nr. 1-3 and persons covered by the law on the integration of foreigners in Denmark, section 25.

Registration of cash beatings in the job center

§ 3. § 4. The job centre must enroll in persons covered by the Act on Asset Employment E2, section 2, nr. 2, as a professional seeker. The enrollment shall be made in the common data basis. The enrollment shall be made at the first request with a request for cash help, start assistance, or intro-making. In addition, the enrollment shall be made if the employment center later in the contact process assesses that the person in the future receives cash benefits, initial help or intro-intro only because of management, and therefore changes Match Category to 1-3.

Paragraph 2. People covered by the Act on Active Employment Ef2 Section 2, nr. 1, either register itself as a working search digitally through the Job network or can request the job center to make this enrollment.

Paragraph 3. For persons covered by the Act on active employment action, section 2, nr. 1 and 2, the job centre must register temporary conditions (periodic conditions) that may affect the opportunity of the facilitess to be communicated to a work, convened, etc. This may e.g. be a holiday, illness, municipal activation, temporary work, civil redelivery, exemption from the provision or remission from activation.

Paragraph 4. People covered by the Act on Active Employment Ef2 Section 2, nr. 1, may perform the registration of a holiday and disease digitally via the Job network.

Paragraph 5. If there is a difference between a person's residence municipality and residence municipality, the local authority association must change the regulatory association of the shared data basis.

§ 5. § 6. Registration of data in the shared data basis

§ 7. Data for use as referred to in section 2 shall be recorded in the joint data basis via the IT functionality made available by the Danish Agency for the Agency for the Agency for Employment and Social Services.

Paragraph 2. The IT functionality that has been mentioned in paragraph 1. 1, must be used by either :

1) to use the browser-based registration solution in the Labor Market Portal (Digitale Registration Tool) and the associated functionality for registration as a working-seeker (TASS), or

2) use the interfaces (web-servicer) developed in accordance with the work of the Working Market Agency. § 8-11.

§ 8. In the enrollment, the following data shall be recorded as to the persons covered by Section 2 (2). 1 and 2, in the Act of an active employment service ;

1) name,

2) CPR number,

3) Date of registration as a business seeker,

4) benefits category,

5) degree of ease,

6) the designations of manufacture which are seeking jobs ; and

7) A box (if the person is a member).

Paragraph 2. When reporting, the following data should be recorded

1) name,

2) CPR number,

3) date of dispatch, and

4) cause of dispatch.

Paragraph 3. The local authority shall record the date of the first contact with the municipality of persons not to be registered as a professional seeker. The information referred to in paragraph 9 shall also be recorded at the first request. 1-3 and nr. Six and seven. Other information referred to in paragraph 9 may be registered at the first request, but is not mandatory on this basis.

Paragraph 4. In the event of an end to cash benefits, starting or intro assistance, the date of termination of payment of aid shall be recorded.

Paragraph 5. Temporary conditions (periodic conditions) that may affect the opportunity for the facilitates to be communicated to a work convened for meetings, activation etc shall be recorded, indicating the starting date and, if applicable, the case. End date.

§ 9. Information obtained in the individual contact flows, cf. Article 2, which is covered by this notice, is :

1) the name of the master data in the form of the name, CPR number, of notification, including the date of updating, enrollment as a working seeker or not, including date of update, date of initial registration, date of last registration, case type (unemployment benefits, cash or startup case or intro case) and consent to obtain or disclose information and date for the consent (mandatory at all contact records),

2) the date of the date of conversation and of the interlocutor type (mandatory at all contact records),

3) indication of contact form, including, if appropriate, Comments for contact-form (mandatory at all contact records),

4) the five attention areas of the dialog, cf. Section 5 (5). 2, in the notice of visitation and the individual contact flow (for which only registration is to be recorded). the attention points where appropriate),

5) an inventing apprais; (if applicable),

6) assessment of potential employment potential (category), cf. Section 6 (2). 6, in the notice of visitation and the individual contact flow (mandatory at all interviews of job interviews),

7) Indication of which attention areas have been successful in the fact that the availability is not considered to be an immediate match, cf. Section 5 (5). 7, in the notice of visitation and the individual contact flow ;

8) cause of frequent contact, cf. Cap. 7 in the Act of Active Employment (if applicable),

9) indication of the reason for any possibility. Exclusion of the registration as a working seeker, cf. section 15 in the notice of persons applying for or receiving cash benefits or benefits solely on account of lettiness (if applicable),

10) indication of the possibility of the citizen. comment, (if applicable) and

11) indication of the course of progress, cf. Chapter 7 of the Act of Active Action (Mandatory) (mandatory at all job interviews records).

Web Services

§ 10. In front of the use of the web service solution, cf. Section 7 (2). 2, a Connection Agreement between the Danish Labour Market and the Data Manager must be concluded. In the Connection Agreement, the Management Agreement establishes the detailed terms of the Web service solution, including the warranty for IT security, interface descriptions, web standards, testing before commissioning, guidelines for notification to Data tilsight, etc.

§ 11. The data controller will conduct all costs for this purpose, including expenses for testing, supporting documentation, support and similar expenses.

Failure to comply with the conditions for connection and the specifics of Web services

§ 12. The FDA may close the data controller's access to registering via web services, cf. section 41 if the data controller does not comply with the conditions for connection and the detailed specifications for Web Services.

Changes and replacement of the administrative systems of the municipality

§ 13. In the case of changes or replacement of the administrative systems available in the local authority, which may have a system value for the data quality, a notification shall be made to the Business FDA within 40 working days before the change is commissioning.

Entry into force

§ 14. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. August 2009.

Paragraph 2. At the same time, notification no. 1691 of 18. December 2006 on the joint data basis for registration and reporting as a business seeker of the state at the job centre and by the individual contact flows of the local authority and the state at the job center.
