Pursuant to section 70 (a) and section 118, paragraph 8, in the highway code, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 1058 of 4. November 2008, as well as under the authority in accordance with this law, § 134 (a) shall be determined:

Introduction

§ 1. This order establishes the traffic areas, where driving with modular road trains are allowed in connection with trials of module combination.

Definitions

§ 2. By module combination means combination of vehicles consisting of a truck and one or two trailers as described in Ordinance on vehicles in experiments with modular road trains.

Requirements

§ 3. Drive with modular road trains are only allowed on the roads and other traffic areas specified in this order, see. sections 4-8 and Annex 1-3.

Traffic areas

§ 4. The road areas, which may be used in the study is partly described in §§ 5-8 and, on the other hand, described and shown on Annex 1-3. They can also be found on the Internet at the address www.trafikken.dk, where occasional, planned route shifts also reported.

(2). Traffic areas consist of





1) a number of main lines,

2) local vejtilslutninger from the main lines for selected goods registration centres, ports, transport hubs and switching seats,

3) selected registration centres, ports, freight, transport hubs and switching seats,

4) picnic facilities as well as

5) individual companies.








Traffic areas are overview was shown in annex 1.



§ 5. The main lines are:





1) E47 from Helsingør Port of Rødbyhavn.

2) E20 from the Swedish border to Esbjerg Harbour.

3) route 21/23 from the E47 motorway junction at Brøndby to the port of Kalundborg.

4) Highway ring 4 from motorway junction Ishøj to the connections to route 21 in motorway junction Vallensbæk.

5) E45 from access routes 76, Padborg to Frederikshavn.

6) E39 from motorway junction Vendsyssel to Hirtshals Harbour.

7) E20 island between Fredericia and motorway junction interchange Skærup.

8) route 501 from motorway junction South to the O2, Aarhus Aarhus Beltway.

9) route 16 from 42 interchanges on the E45 to Grenaa Havn.

10) route 15 from interchanges 46 on E45 to Grenaa Havn. The main lines are shown at Annex 1.

§ 8. At the planned restructuring of the designated road network may be used different route after permission from the Danish road Directorate. Vejbestyrelsen/vejmyndigheden sets such shifts into the Danish road Directorate, in agreement with the police.

Punishment and the entry into force of

§ 9. Violation of section 3 is punished with sharpened fine.

§ 10. The notice shall enter into force on the 1. September 2009. At the same time repealed Executive Order No. 1057 of 28. October 2008 on the road network, etc., where driving with modular road trains are allowed.

Esbjerg Havn

Frederikshavn Port

Kastrup Cargo Registration center







Driving from the East may be made from the E20, access routes 15, airport, at Amager Strandvej through roundabout to the East along the coastal road up to the entrance to cargo registration center. Driving from the West must be made from the E20, access routes 16, airport island, at Amager Strandvej through roundabout to the East along the coastal road up to the entrance to cargo registration center. Køge Transport Centre (Scandinavian Transportation Center)







Driving from the South must be made from E47/E20, access routes 32, Køge, ad Lyngvej Northwest to the roundabout and along the driveway to the transport centre until Nordhøj ad Centervej. Driving from the North must be made from E47/E20, access routes 32, Køge, via roundabout and along the driveway to the transport centre until Nordhøj ad Centervej. Nørre Alslev Cargo Registration center







Addresses must be made from E47, 43, Gundslev, interchanges along route 503, Stubbekøbingvej, to the West up to the entrance to the registration Center at Cargovej, goods which are one-way. Driving away from the area must be carried out from the Cargovejs exit to Stubbekøbingvej and incidentally along the same route as the entrance. Taulov Transport Centre







Addresses must be made from the E20, access routes 61, Taulov, ad Skærbækvej Northeast or from E20ø, access routes 60, Taulov, ad Skærbækvej Southwest. In both cases, the driveway to the transport centre shall be carried out along the European route. Driving away from the area must be carried out along the same routes. Vejle Transport center (Gateway E45 – Danmarks Transport center)







Addresses must be made from the E45, access routes 59, Hadley, along Route 13/18, Juelsmindevej, to the East, where there must be run in at the transport centre either via the roundabout at Route or further at Sysselvej. Port of Aalborg (Aalborg Harbour and Nordjysk Transport Centre)







Driving from the South must be made from the E45, access routes 24, Uttrupvej, Øster Northwest ad Uttrupvej, ad Rørdalsvej, Øster continue along Tranholmvej for and Rørdalsvej, which must be run into the port area. Driving from the North must be made from interchanges 23, Aalborg N, right on the first off-ramp, along the Oster Uttrupvej and continue by Rørdalsvej, continue along Tranholmvej for and Rørdalsvej, which must be run into the port area. Port Of Aarhus







Driving from the South must be made from route 501 straight along Åhavevej and Marselis Boulevard to the port area, which begins at the junction with sydhavnsgade. Driving from the North must be made from the E45 interchanges 49, Aarhus S, ad the shortcut to the East to interchanges 2 on route 501 and further along this route as by driving from the South. Driving away from the area must be carried out along the same routes. Port area's boundaries and access options are shown in the following figure.





 



 







Annex 2.20









Aabenraa Port







Driving from the North must be made from the E45, access routes 71, Aabenraa, along route 41frem to the crossing with route 42, which is rotated to the left onto Route 42, Tinglevvej. Continue straight along Flensborgvej/coastal road, route 170, up to the junction with Søndre Havnevej, which swung to the right. Driveway to the southern part of the port is done from the intersection Søndre Havnevej/Sydhavn. Road access to the northern part of the port is done by swinging to the left at the intersection Søndre Havnevej/Sydhavn. Driveway to the northern part of the port will happen next, either at the junction with the Old port or via Gasværksvej and Havnevej to middle ground and Nyhavn.








Driving from the South must be made from the E45, access routes 72, Aabenraa S, along route 42 up to the crossing with route 41, where continuing straight along route 42 at the port, as described above. Annex 2.21









Brøndby Transfer Switching Space, Industrivej







Addresses must be made from route 21, Holbæk motorway access routes 2, Doncaster, North ad O3, Søndre Ringvej, until the intersection with Park Avenue, which swung to the right. Immediately then swung left into Industrivej where driveway for switching the square happens to the right approximately 150 metres down the road. Driving away from the area must be carried out along the same route. Switching the square's boundaries and access option is shown on the figure below.





 



 







Annex 2.22









Brøndby Transfer Switching Space, Park Avenue







Addresses must be made from route 21, Holbæk motorway access routes 2, Brøndbyvester. From the intersection of the Northern exit ramp/Søndre Ringvej (O3)/Vallensbækvej continued ad Vallensbækvej until intersection with Middle ager, which swung to the right. At the junction in the Middle field/Park Allé swung to the left. Driveway to the changeover square happens to the right about 200 meters down the Park Avenue. Driving away from the area must be carried out along the same route. Switching the square's boundaries and access option is shown on the figure below.





 



 







Annex 2.23









Grenaa







Driving from the North must be made from the E45, Randers, 42 S, interchanges along Route 16 through to the port. Driving from the South must be made from the E45, 46, Århus N, interchanges along Route 15 up to the port. Driveway to the port may be carried out either at Færgevej in crossed the Ring Road (rute15 and route 16)/Færgevej/Kattegatvej or by swinging to the North at the junction at Kattegatvej, after which access to the port can be accomplished by swinging to the right at the intersection with Saturnvej. Annex 2.24









Haderslev Switching Space (Hammelev Tranportcenter)







Addresses must be made from the E45, access routes 68, Vojens. Switching the square consists of an area east of the highway and an area to the West of the highway. To the East runs eastward along Ribevej until the intersection with Melskov Avenue, which swung to the left into the area. Access to the western area by Lysbjergvej from the roundabout at Ribevej in the Western motorvejramper. Drive away from areas must be carried out along the same routes. Horsens Transport Centre (Logo Plugs center Denmark West)







Addresses must be made from the E45, 56, Horsens V, access routes to the West ad Silkeborgvej. Transport centre consists of two areas west of the highway. Access to the first area is done from the roundabout at Silkeborgvej ad Vrøndingvej. On-ramp to the second area is done from the roundabout at Silkeborgvej/Nokiavej ad Nokiavej. Kolding Port







Addresses must be made from the E20/E45, access routes 62, Kolding Island, to the South on Højvangen/Fynsvej until the intersection with Jens's Way swung to the left where there. Odense Harbour

Odense Switching Space (Tietgen City)







Addresses must be made from the E20, 48, Tietgen byen, access routes to the Northwest at Niels Bohrs Allé until the intersection with c. f. Tietgen's Boulevard, which swung to the left into the area. Driving from the area of Odense Harbour must be carried out at Niels Bohrs Allé and further along the eastern ring road (O3) as described in Annex 2.27. Uldum Switching Space







Addresses must be made from the E45, access routes 57, Horsens S, West along Route 30, West Road, up to the connection facility to Uldum, which swung to the right towards the town, then at the roundabout Skanderborgvej/Lars Larsen's way swung to the right onto Lars Larsen's path, which leads directly to the changeover square. Driving away from the area must be carried out at Lars Larsen's road through the roundabout to the South on Skanderborgvej and via the southern ramp in connection facility to route 30 West Road, back to access routes 57 on E45. Vordingborg Harbour (M)







Addresses must be made from the E47/E55, 41, Vordingborg, access routes to the West along Route 22, Mønsvej, ad Brovejen route 22/route 153, which swung to the right onto Vesth bow shortly after passage of the Masnedsund bridge. Årslev Business Area







Addresses must be made from the motorway junction E45, Århus Vest, to the East along Route 15, keeping to the right onto the ramp to the roundabout. Driveway to the area is done either from a southbound ramp directly into the southern part of the area or from the roundabout at Logistics Park to the North of the area. Driving away from the area must be made via the Logistics Park and the roundabout and West along Route 15.
