Ordinance on doctors ' review of drug users in treatment
Under section 19 of the law on approval of health professionals and health professional activity, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 1350 of 17. December 2008 lays down:
§ 1. The doctors responsible for the interaction with other medicinal products treating opioid dependent (replacement therapy), must submit monthly reports to the health protection agency thereof in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance.
(2). The obligation to report to the National Board of health shall be the responsibility of also the doctors referred to in of paragraph 1, regardless of treatment is delegated to other doctors.
§ 2. The reports shall be submitted not later than 20. in a month, and includes information on the people who have been prescribed opioids in the previous month, as part of the treatment of their abuse.
(2). The notification shall contain:
1) patient's CPR. Nr.,
3) the prescribing doctor's authorization ID.
(3). Reporting must be done regardless of reporting/notification to other Central registers.
§ 3. Reporting shall be carried out electronically to SIB, Register of drug addicts in treatment, the National Board of health, in accordance with the user manual, which shall be drawn up by the National Board of health, and which is available on the National Board of Health's website.
§ 4. In accordance with the law on approval of health professionals and on healthcare business § 82, punished the doctor who is guilty of violation of the order, with fine.
§ 5. The notice shall enter into force on the 1. October 2009.
The health protection agency, the 24. August 2009 Jesper Fisker/Anne Mette Dons
