In accordance with paragraph 9 (9). Paragraph 2, section 10. Two, in Law No 230 of 2. April 2003 on the Array of Array, as amended by law no. 563 of 24. June 2005 and Law No 511 of 12. June 2009 shall be determined :

Membership of the representative

§ 1. The parties which are at the time of the inventory are the right and represented in the parliament to designate each 1 member of the Board of Representatives and the Local Authorities ' Association (KL). The Minister for Culture shall appoint one member to the representative and also to the President of all the members of the Board of Representatives.

Paragraph 2. The representative of the Commission consists of 26 representatives of organisations, institutions and interest groups in the fields of Danish arts and culture. The right of the representation of the representative shall be allocated as follows :

1) A representative shall be appointed by each of the following organizations, institutions and interest groups :

a) The Cultural Ministry's recruits.

b) The Union of the Danske Museum of Arts in Denmark and the Danske Museum is jointly.

c) The Simplids of Young Artists and Kunstintermediaries.

d) The bottom of the art arts.

(e) The Akademira-complete.

(f) Danish Gallery Federation.

g) Danish Author Association.

(h) Danish Gorliterary Authors.

i) Danish Author and Danish Beauties of Denmark, together as a representative of the children's and Youth Literature.

j) The Association.

c) Denmark's Library association and the Librarian researcher community.

I) Danish Musikerunion.

m) Dansk Artist Punch.

n) Danish Musikschool Association and Danish Musikedus Association in Community.

o) Playing fraternity .dk and LIVE together.

p) Danske Dramatics

q) The Simpler of Danish Scene instructors and the Association of Danske Scene, together.

r) Danish Actress Association.

(s) The Councilor of the Moders Dance.

t) The Borne Theatre Association and Assitej Denmark together.

u) The Joint Organization of the Danish Teatres Joint Organization and the Joint Small Theatre (FAST) Joint Organisations.

(v) Denmark's Theatre Associations.

2) Two representatives nominated by each of the following organizations, institutions and interest groups :

a) Danish Jazz, Beat, and Folkemusik auctors, as well as Danske Populus, and Danish Composer Federation, together.

b) Dansk Amateur Music, ORA, and the Music and Youth in Community.

Paragraph 3. Amendments to the composition of the group of designated designated organisations, institutions and interest groups may be carried out by the Minister for Culture after the prior consultation of the representative and other relevant parties and, taking into account, the importance of continuity in the circle of designated designated organisations and so on.

Special provisions for the designation of representative members, including the consistency of the Statens Customer Foundation's representative

§ 2. Members designated by the parties to which they are set up and represented in the parliament and by the local authorities elected by the KL (Municipalities ' Association) must be elected politicians.

Paragraph 2. Members of the State of the State and its committees and by the Statens of the State of the State may not simultaneously be a member of the representative of the State's Kunstrait. Former members of the State of the State and its committees and by the Statens ' Committee may be appointed as members of the Council and the Fund's representatives.

Paragraph 3. The membership of the representative of the State of the State of the State and the Customer's Art Foundation is possible for members appointed by the organizations and by KL. Members appointed by the People's Party must at the same time be members of the Statens Array Office and the representative of the Statens Kunstfond.

Retiression of the representative

§ 3. Members of the representative will be appointed by the Minister for Culture for a period of four years. Redeform may take place once. If a member is appointed before the end of its period of processing, the remainder shall be made only for the remaining part of the period.

Paragraph 2. In order to ensure continuity, the members of the representative are being shifted at the head of the representative, so that in each case only half of the members will be reused. The periods are distributed so that members have been appointed by the political parties in Parliament, the Danish Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Culture, the League of Bills, Danish National Gallery, Danish Author, Danish Author, Danish Author, Danish Author, Danish Author, Danish Author, Danish Author, Danish Author, Danish Author, Danish Author Author and Danish Beauty Authors together as a representative of the Children's and Youth Literature, Dansk Musikerassociations, Danish Amateur Music and ORA, and the Music & Youth and Danmarks Theater Associates have been appointed for the period from 1 to 1. November 2005 to the 31. October 2009, while members appointed by the Minister of Culture, United States Arts of Art and Danske Museums, the United States of Danske Artists and Kunstintermediaries, the Akademiracles, Danske Beauliterary Authors, the League of Associations, Denmark's Library Society and the Library Association, Danske Jazz, Beat and Folkemusik auctors, as well as Danske Populators and Danish Compeonist Association, Danish Artist Association, Danish Music School Association and Dansk Musikedus Association, playing steder.dk. and LIVE, Danish Dramatics, Danish Scene instructors, and The Federation of Danske Scenographs, Danish Actress Association, the Joint Council of the Moderates Dance, Children's Theatre Association and Assitej Denmark as well as the Joint Assembly of the Joint Teatres Association and the League of Small Teatres are laid down in the period from 1. November, 2007, to 31. October 2011, then subdivided.

Entry into force

§ 4. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. October 2009.
