Publication of special rules for fishing in the Horsens Nørrestrand and Stensballesund

Purline of section 27 (2). Number one, section 30, section 32, paragraph. Paragraph 130 (1) and Article 130 (1). 2 and 4, in the case of fishing and fish farming (fisheries law), cf. Law Order no. 978 of 26. September 2008, and according to the authority,

§ 1. The announcement shall apply to the Horsens Nørrestrand water area and the south of the rail transport area.

§ 2. In addition to the provisions laid down in the fisheries legislation, the following shall apply in the Horsens Nørrestrand and Stensballesund :

1) Fishing with paged user and gine is not allowed.

2) Fishing with yarn is not allowed.

§ 3. Fishing in Stensballesund to the south of the Park Bridge (north of the hiking) to the Natural Path (Railway transport) is not allowed.

§ 4. Fishing in the race past Lothdentot and 50 m east and west of here are not allowed.

§ 5. In all directions, the stoprist or barrases shall be used according to the general rules applicable to salt water.

§ 6. With fine punishment, whoever violates or tries to violate § § 2-5.

Paragraph 2. Companies can be imposed on companies. (legal persons) punishable by the rules of the penal code 5. Chapter.

§ 7. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. October 2009.

Paragraph 2. At the same time, the Staff Regulations are hereby repealed with the Fishing of the Seventh Fisheries of the Horseman June 1937.
