Publication of the amendment of the publication of the framework for the use and the interimportance of the total radio spectrum resources (frequency plan)

§ 1

Notice no. 1162 of 28. November 2008 establishing the framework for the use and the interimportance of the total radio spectrum resources (frequency plan) are amended as follows :

1. I Appendix J the frequency tape is replaced by 2010,0000-2025,0000 MHz, as in Annex 1 to this notice.

2. I Appendix J the frequency band is replaced by 2500,0000-2520,0000 MHz, as in Appendix 2 to this notice.

3. I Appendix J the frequency tape is 2520,0000-2655,0000 MHz, as in Appendix 3 to this notice.

4. I Appendix J the frequency band, 2655,0000-2670,0000 MHz, shall be replaced as in Annex 4 to this notice.

5. I Appendix J the frequency band is replaced by 2670,0000-2690,0000 MHz, as in Appendix 5 of this notice.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. October 2009.

The use of radio frequencies in mobile phones must be made without individual permission for frequency use, cf. Notice no. 1153 of 28. In November 2008 on the use of radio frequencies without permission, as well as on amateur radio racks and call signs, etc.

The 2010-2020 MHz, the IT and Telecommunications Agency has identified the frequency scarcity of the tape. The Minister for Science, for its part, has decided to ensure that there is an auction of authorisations for the frequencies referred to in the Community.
New permits for frequency use in the tape are therefore only issued in the form of a limited duration of a limited period of time, without further notice of the date of entry into force of new authorisations issued on the basis of the auction of auctioning. radio frequencies in the frequency band, but not later than 31. May 2010.
The frequency band is covered by the 3G Act, and authorisation may be issued after auction alone.
