Completion of higher speed limits for certain vehicles for noise measurement

Purline of section 43 (2). 8, and section 118 (1). 8, in the road traffic law, cf. Law Order no. 984 of 5. In October 2009, and after negotiation with the Finion Management Board :

§ 1. Unless a lower speed limit comes from the section 42 or by road traffic or other marking, vehicles with a maximum permissible weight of not more than 3,500 kg (not exceeding 3,500 kg) may be linked to the use of a trailer, whether or not on the surface of the road, irrespective of the time being : the speed limitations of section 43 (3) of the road traffic law. 3 and 4 shall be carried out at a maximum speed of 110 km per hour on motorways and 80 km in the other roads other than motorways, if

1) the maximum permissible maximum laden weight of the trailers does not exceed 750 kg ;

2) The trailers shall be without the flats ;

3) The afficion of the hinges is fitted with standardised reference tyres and equipment for measuring noise from these decks during the run,

4) the trailers have an actual total mass not exceeding 0,3 times the overhead weight of the towing car, and

5) the tractor car is loaded at a maximum of half of the difference between the maximum laden weight of the car and the weight of the vehicle.

Paragraph 2. Where the conditions laid down in paragraph 1 has been fulfilled, the FDA shall issue a declaration on this subject. The conditions of paragraph 1. 1, no. However, 5 shall not be subject to the declaration. The declaration or a copy thereof shall be brought under the run and on demand appears to the police.
