Publication of the electronic transmission of vaccinations against influenza A (H1N1)

In accordance with section 19 and 82 of the law on health professionals and on health professional activities, cf. Law Order no. 1350 of 17. In December 2008 :

§ 1. Doctors acting as vaccination against influenza A (H1N1) shall make a weekly electronic notification to the Board of Health in accordance with the rules laid down in this notice.

Paragraph 2. Reporting shall be made to the Statens Serum Institute as a data worker for the Health Services, cf. at a time, a stk.3

Paragraph 3. Notification shall not be made if the information is received through the Benefit Registry.

§ 2. The weekly reporting shall include information on those persons who have been vaccinated against A (H1N1) v in the previous week.

Paragraph 2. Reporting is made electronically to the State Serum Institute's web-based module for the notification of influenza A (H1N1) vaccinations, in accordance with the user manual being drawn up by the State Serum Institute, which is available on the Statens Serum Institute's website.

§ 3. After Article 82 of the law on health professionals and on healthcare, the doctor who is guilty of violation of the notice shall be penalised by the doctor who is guilty of the notice.

§ 4. The announcement will enter into force on the 12th. November, 2009.
