§ 1

Notice no. 455 of 8. In June 2009 on the State Education Aid (SU-announcement notice), the following changes shall be made :

1. § 32 ITREAS :

" § 32. Scholarship application, cf. Section 7 (2) of the law. 1, no. 1, final loans, cf. Section 7 (2) of the law. 1, no. 3, Scholarship, as a supplement, cf. Section 7 (2) of the law. 3, supplemental student loans, cf. Section 7 (2) of the law. 5, and supplemental fellowship, cf. Section 7 (2) of the law. 6, must be received in the steering control system, cf. section 70, before the end of the month from which the training seeker wishes to grant the grant, by the five. December of the year of support.

Paragraph 2. The application for student loans, cf. Section 7 (2) of the law. 1, no. 2 months of the aid year in which the applicant is entitled to do so, cf. Section 7 (2) of the law. 2, must have been received in the steering control system, as provided for in the Management System, cf. § 70, the 5th. December of this year of support.

Paragraph 3. After a period of leave from the training of seven months or so during the period of time, the governing board shall resume the payment of aid without application from the training exercise. `

2. Section 33 (4). 2-4, ITREAS :

" Stop. 2. The student loans and the end-loans shall not be paid at the earliest when the training applicant has accepted the loan conditions and applied for payment through the steering control system, cf. § 70.

Paragraph 3. Studies loans or end-loans that are released for disposal, cf. Article 38 c (3) of the law. 1 but not paid shall lapses if the training seeker has not requested the payment of the amounts, cf. paragraph Two, by the 15th. December of the year of support.

Paragraph 4. Studielyyn shall not be paid with amounts less than 500 kroner. `

3. I § 35 inserted after paragraph 1. 1 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 2. Educational applicant who has requested payment of student loans, cf. Section 33 (4). 2, but in the future a less amount shall be paid no later than requesting this through the steering control system, cf. § 70, the 15th. in the month prior to the first month to which the payment is made. ' ;

4. I § 36 " Scholarship as addendum to Article 7 (4) of the law. 3, 4, or additional loans after Section 7 (3). 5 "shall be :" or grant as an addendum according to Article 7 (3) of the law. 3, 4 ".

5. § 38, paragraph. 1, ITREAS :

" Educational training at public schools, youth schools, schools and private primary schools must, however, be included in paragraph 32 to 37, submit support or amendment of support, including the opting and the stopping support of the training institution in forms of form. However, the request for payment of student loans released to be available shall be made in accordance with the rules laid down in section 33 (3). Article 35 (2) and Article 35 (3). TWO. "

6. I § 43, paragraph. 3, no. 1, pasted as 3. pkt . :

' Includes the salary period more than one year of aid shall be distributed evenly on the calendar days of each aid year so that only income falling within the same aid year shall be included in the own income. ` ;

7. § 50, paragraph. 1, ITREAS :

' The amount of the loan shall be fixed in the terms of the loan, in which case the debt falls to the immediate intake. The conditions shall be laid down in accordance with the conditions for the refund and any enforcement of enforcement, including the amount of the amounts paid out on fees, interest, principal and any cost, cf. Chapter 8 and 10 of the law. "

9. Section 70 (3). 5, ITREAS :

" Stop. 5. The Management Board shall send decisions and notifications in electronic form to the document box for the training of the training. The control can determine that certain decisions and messages are sent in form and that certain training seekers can receive decisions and paper in paper form. `

§ 2

Paragraph 1. The announcement shall enter into force on 16. November, 2009.

Paragraph 2. § 1, no. 1-5 and 7 shall have effect on the application for aid for the year 2010. In the case of applications for support for the year 2009, the applicable rules have been applied to date. However, the aid application for aid in December 2009 must be received by the steering control system the fifth one. In December 2009, cf. Section 32 (1). 2, in the notice of State education support (SU-announcement).

Paragraph 3. § 1, no. 6, shall apply to the final allocation of aid, cf. Section 22 a in the State Education Support (SU-Act), for the year 2009.

Paragraph 4. § 1, no. 9 shall have effect on decisions and notifications relating to the year 2010 or later year of aid, subject to the Management Board for a period to be determined by the Management Board, may send decisions and notifications to the training seaman ; e-Boks.
