Publication of grants to projects which may improve the quality of buses and increase buses ' interactions with other collective transport services ;

In accordance with text-labelling no. 120 ad § 28, cf. Area no. 4 of 22. Oct in October 2009 :

Scope of application

§ 1. The Traffic Management Board may, within the framework of the set of frameworks, be able to : The administrative basis for the greater vindibility of buses (2009-2013) provides a commitment to projects to improve the quality of buses and to increase buses ' interactions with other collective transport services. Applications for grants of grants

§ 2. Applications for a grant of grants may be submitted by :

1) public authorities, including road carriers,

2) publicly owned companies.

Paragraph 2. Public authorities, including transport companies, and publicly owned companies, may form part of cooperation between several application parties and with other parties for a project. However, only one applicant may be responsible for the use of allocated pool resources.

Submission of application and time limits

§ 3. The application for subsidies must be submitted by applying it to any period in force with the project description and the project budget that is on the Traffic Management website.

Paragraph 2. An application for a grant shall be received in the Traffic Management Board no later than the 1. October 2009. In 2010 and the following year, an application for grants must have been received by the Traffic Management Board at the latest by 1. March or 1. September.

Conditions for grants

§ 4. It is a condition of grants that the applicant itself shall contribute the same amount, as requested (50%-50% model).

Paragraph 2. The Danish Agency shall be able to make terms or conditions of grants or commitments on grants.

Paragraph 3. It is a condition of grants that funds are available within the set-off framework, cf. § 1.

Paragraph 4. If there is a search for equipment purchases that can be resold, it must be specified in the application for which period the equipment will be used in the project for which subsidies are sought.

Paragraph 5. The Traffic Management Board may, at any time, request any additional evidence in connection with the examination of applications.

§ 5. Offer recipient ' s own financing, cf. Section 4 cannot be covered by other governmental pools in the territory of the Transport Ministry.

Change of Project

§ 6. Amendment of a project may be approved by the Traffic Control Board on condition that the change after the Traffic Management Assessment is in accordance with the project's objectives. The application for a change to a project must be approved by the Traffic Management Board prior to the implementation of the amendment.

§ 7. Reporting of the final project must be reported and an annual reporting of the project status. The annual reporting shall be available during January and shall cover the previous year.

Supervision and obligation to provide information

§ 8. The Management Board shall ensure that the rules of this notice are complied with, and may be requested in this context to request any information provided for in this notification from the applicant.

Paragraph 2. To the extent that the applicant uses cooperation parties, the applicant shall be obliged to provide the necessary information from the type of cooperation concerned to the extent necessary to provide the necessary information.

Disposal Abduction

§ 9. Granltale of supplements will lapse if :

Accounting and auditing

§ 10. It shall be complied with at any time, and the audit instrument in force at any time shall be complied with.

Paragraph 2. The Traffic Management Web site will be able to see the current version of the Accounting Instrument for Accounting and the current audit instruments. The relevant material referred to shall also be able to be requested by way of inquiries to the Traffic Management Board.

Appeal access

§ 11. The decisions taken by the traffic management shall be made to the Ministry of Transportation.

Entry into force.

§ 12. The announcement shall enter into force on the 15th. This is November 2009 and has an effect from 1. October 2009.

Appendix 1

Administration basis for pool for better advanced buses (2009-2013)

1. Baseline Base

As part of the Agreement for a green transport policy between the government, the Social Democrats, the Danish People's Party, the Socialist Party, the Radical Left and the Liberal Alliance, a USD 1 billion will be set aside. DKK The pool is being made from 2009-2013.

The Agreement states :

The parties agree to set aside a pool of 200 million. DKK a year for five years, that is to say. Total of 1 billion. The Parties wish to improve the future of buses and increase buses ' interactions with other collective transport services. Strengthing key traffic congestion should make it as simple as possible for passengers to switch to transport.

The principle for allocating funds from the pool is a fifty-fifty model, in which the applicants themselves must contribute the same amount, as requested. For example, subsidies may be granted for changes in road plants, special ITS systems or bus priorities in light bulcoric.

2. Exmuting

Applications shall aim either to increase the quality of the buses or to increase the coherence and shift between transport equipment, including terminals.

It will be conducive but not a prerequisite for an application that it either contributes to improvements that can be applied in the whole of public transport or that the project is common to collective bushrub; or between the bus and coach and rail traffic. Projects which are estimated to be able to attract many passengers or significantly improve the service of many passengers will be a priority.

It will be possible to draw up applications so that the project is part of a global project or strategy, which simultaneously seeks funds from other state pools-related to 'a green transport policy'.

Offer may include all traffic in the area of traffic, including private lanes, metro and trains.

Priority shall be given between applications on the basis of the following criteria :

1) That the project is increasing the speed of the buses and therefore of vindibility.

2) The project is increasing the link between buses and buses or other means of transport.

3) The project is contributing to improvements that can be used throughout the whole of collective traffic.

4) The creation of improvements to the highest possible level of passengers in public transport.

5) The commitment and contribution of the relevant authorities to the process as an important element of the application.

6) The project is contributing to several passengers in public transport.

There will be demands for the reporting of all projects to which aid is granted.

For example, projects may be eligible for projects within :

-WHAT? Commigation projects including the change of road facilities.

-WHAT? ITS to ensure better bus vindiarity.

-WHAT? Busprioritering.

-WHAT? Improvements in nodes and changing nodes, including terminals, stopping points and passenger information.

-WHAT? Information to users in interaction with other parties.

-WHAT? Projects for the above.

3. Financial Frames

The co-financing of the projects of 50% is provided. The co-financing includes the overall project, including the research and design. Appliors shall reserve amounts for own funds on the relevant budgets.

It is noted that the pool has over-access. Usable funds from 2009 will thus be able to be used in 2010, etc. If the pool resources are not spent in the first year, the funds will be transferred to the next year.

4. Procedure

4.1 Applause Circle

The applicant is public authorities, transport companies, or publicly owned companies. The applications will normally be drawn up together with the transport company concerned. The applicant group may be composed of several applicants, and also applicants in cooperation with other parties performing public service traffic.

4.2 Application Deadlines

Application-frames 2009 :

4.3 Content of the application

It is generally required that the applications are well-worked and concrete.

Applied applications may apply the Traffic Management Board with an application containing the following content :

-WHAT? The implementation of the project and the time frame.

-WHAT? Description of expectations for the value of the project either as time savings for buses or winnings for customers in a better context and shift between means of transport.

-WHAT? The captive of passengers affected by this project.

-WHAT? The amount applied and the total cost of the project, allocated to the project, together with any studies, project and project itself.

-WHAT? The financial costs / risks of the applicant at the project.

4.4 Income requests for applications

Traffic Control is receiving, coordinating and processing the applications.

The Traffic Management Board shall make an undertaking and a refused within three months of the date of application.

4.5 Afrappling

It is a prerequisite for the allocation of funds that the project contains a reporting of the final project and an annual report of the status of the project. The reports must be followed up on the points of the application. Annual reports shall be available no later than in the course of January.

Against this background, the Traffic Management Board shall draw up an annual balance sheet for the projects, the commitment and use of aid funds.

At the end of the pool, an evaluation report describing the status of the use and the short and long-term effects of the funds shall be drawn up.
