Publication of the quantities of goods which are in the form of goods and deposits in certain Danish ports,
In accordance with paragraph 5 (2), Two, in the law of the State's Iservice, cf. Law Order no. 578 of 29. September 1988, as amended by law no. 901 of 29. November 1995 shall be determined :
§ 1. Ports of a water depth of 5 m or above within the Skagen shall pay an annual charge as a contribution to cover the costs of the operation of the State's Iservice.

§ 3. The levy will be added to the treasury. It may, in the case of the port board ' s choice, be charged by the port board as a charge of the goods in the port of the port and subshipping the quantities of goods or to be reassigned by the port ' s general income. The levy shall not be collected as a levy on ships.
§ 4. The ports referred to in section 2 shall not pay a separate payment for the service of the State's Iservice, or to other Icelanders of the State for an ice-wrap, used ships. However special circumstances may justify this, the service may, however, be able to make a full or partial coverage of the costs incurred.
§ 5. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January, 2010.
Paragraph 2. Publication no. 1106 of 20. In November 2008, on the quantities of products withdrawn and deposits in certain Danish ports, they shall be repealed.
