Instructions for the completion of the declaration :
All popular information associations who receive grants or are given premises have a duty to obtain child certificates to the extent that the association employs or employs persons, both pay and the pay net, which, in the performance of their duties, shall : have direct contact with children under 15 years (cf. § 2, stk.1, in the notice no. 942 of 22. September 2008, as well as § 2, stk.1, Notice no. 1024 of 23. October 2008).
In addition, all the associations and districts of public associations who receive grants or are given premises, have a duty to declare the declaration of the introduction of child certificates to the municipality, the association is the resident of (see as cf. Law Order no. 535 of 14. June 2004 as amended by section 1, no. One and five of the law. 1523 of 27. In December 2009). The declaration shall once be issued annually.
It is, therefore, a condition for the association to be granted grants or for the premises of the association, that the association gives a declaration of the entraction of child attestations. The local authorities must therefore refrain from granting subsidies and to show premises if the association does not make a declaration on this.
The endorsement of the association shall be made by the association of the declaration on behalf of the association.
The levitation to declare the declaration also applies even if the association at the time of the declaration does not employ or employ persons who, as part of the performance of their duties, have direct contact with children under 15 years. However, associations that do not employ or employ persons who, in the course of their duties, have direct contact with children under the age of 15, shall not be charged with the declaration of a current obligation to obtain child certificates.
The declaration includes an ongoing commitment to the institution through the entire subsidy-year to obtain child certificates to the extent that the association or person employs persons who are responsible for the performance of their duties shall have direct contact with children, less than 15 years, cf. Section 2 (2). 1 in Notice no. 942 of 22. 1 September 2008 as well as § 2, stk.1, in order of publication no. 1024 of 23. October 2008).
