Publication on the amendment of the notice of the goods 1)

(Insertion of provisions relating to the obligation to provide information, processing procedures and acknowledgement for the implementation of the Services Directive)

§ 1

Notice no. 1489 of 12. In December 2007 on the subject of road traffic, the following changes are made

1. After section 16 is inserted :

" § 16 a. Training providers referred to in Section 16 shall inform the Kurds that the FDA has approved the exchange rate and the course of the Kurdish provider. The liquidate provider shall make the information available to the coupage or to ensure that they are made clear and unequivocal and in good time prior to the conclusion of the course of the training course.

§ 16 b. The FDA shall publish its deadlines for the treatment of the approval of the exchange rates and courses.

Paragraph 2. The Finito shall be able to extend it in paragraph 1. The time limit referred to in paragraph 1 shall be that the complexity of the case justifies. The FDA shall notify the applicant for the extension and the duration thereof before the expiry of the time limit referred to in paragraph 1. 1. The extension of the extension should be justified.

§ 16 c. The FDA shall acknowledge the receipt of an application for the approval of a courier provider and course as soon as possible. The receipt shall include the following information :

1) The published date for the examination of the application in question and the possibility that the period may be extended once, cf. ~ 16 (b) (b) Paragraph 1 and paragraph. 2,

2) information on the administrative redress for the decision in question. ` ;

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on the sixth. January, 2010.
