Annunciation of the emergency services charge for blind alarms

In accordance with section 23 a of the preparedness Act, cf. Law Order no. 660 of 10. June 2009 shall be determined :

§ 1. The local authority may, on the emergency response of the emergency response to the emergency alert system, to set up a charge from the plant owner to cover the costs of the extraction, for the emergency response from statutory automatic fire protection equipment. The fee shall be fixed at DKK 3 500. per indentation (2009-level).

Paragraph 2. A blind alarm from an automatic fire-fire system shall mean an automatic call for emergency response without fire or any imminent fire.

Paragraph 3. The Emergency Management Board shall govern the basic amount, cf. paragraph 1, once a year, with the rate adjustment percentage, cf. Act of a rate adjustment percentage. The amount of the amount regulated shall be rounded to the nearest 5-delegated amount.

§ 2. The announcement shall enter into force on the 15th. January, 2010.

Paragraph 2. Publication no. 574 of 22. In June 2000 on the recovery of the emergency response to the blind alarms shall be repealed.
