Publication of the amendment of the approval and view of vehicles
§ 1
Notice no. 762 of 8. July 2004 on the approval and view of vehicles, as amended by the notice No 1539 of 29. December 2004, Notice no. 1140 of 30. Notice no. 669 of 20. June 2006, Notice no. 1490 of 12. December 2007 and procladition no. 1012 of 9. October 2008, the following changes are made :
1. I § 35 pasted as paragraph 7 :
" Stop. 7. For the purposes of a used lorry or used passenger car for more than 9 persons (bus), which must be equipped with speed limits, cf. the notice of the detailed rules governing the information and equipment of vehicles and which have not been sighted and approved within the last six months shall check the functioning of the speed limitation function ;
1) in the case of proof that the speed limitation is checked within six months prior to the date of the date of an approved certificate issued by a National Police certificate issued by a workshop authorized to install, adjusting and sealing ; speed limiters ;
2) or by testing the speed limitation device using a test device to test the recording equipment (tachograph) constant and simulate the speed signal. `
2. § 59, paragraph. 2, revoked.
§ 2
The announcement shall enter into force on the 15th. January, 2009.
