Chapter 1

Purpose

§ 1. Educational institutions admission of applicants for, respectively, certain secondary education and higher education must be coordinated in order to ensure that the applicant admitted at the highest possible priority training and educational institution, and that the overall absorption capacity is utilized in the best possible way, without prejudice. sections 2-8, and sections 14 and 15.

(2). To support manual for primary and secondary schools or 10. class Youth guidance must receive copies of the applications referred to in of paragraph 1 to secondary schools, signups to 10. class, see. sections 11 and 12, as well as receive and process messages from students from primary and secondary schools or 10. class to participate in other activities and individually planned secondary education, see. sections 10 and 13.

Chapter 2

Application for coordination of admission to vocational and secondary school secondary education for applicants that goes in elementary school or 10. class

§ 2. The procedure for coordination by application to vocational and secondary school secondary education, see. sections 3-10, includes institutions providing secondary education at the Ministry area.

Completion of the application form

§ 3. The application form, available at www.optagelse.dk, can be filled with up to five training would given in priority order. By an educational wish means one training combined with an educational institution.

(2). An applicant may only indicate the same upper secondary educational institution in one of its education and training would, unless an institution provider its courses at several different addresses. The applicant may indicate the same training in several of its educational desires.

§ 4. The applicant and his/her parents, if the applicant is under 18 years of age, must send or drop off an application form for the applicant's school so that the school has it not later than by the application deadline on 15. March of the year in which the applicant leaves the school.

(2). The school verifies that the schema is adequately filled out and adds the information that the school should provide, including the young people try and progress assessment grades. The school sends the form digitally via the Ministry entrance portal, www.optagelse.dk, to the highest priority educational institution no later than four working days after the deadline for the 15. March.

§ 5. The education plan, see. notice on guidance on choice of youth education and profession, is included in the application form.

(2). The applicant's school and Youth guidance provides information when applying for the secondary education of a possible option for auditions.

(3). For applicants from the following schools and free elementary schools, which itself stands for guide, informs the school by application to the secondary education on a possible option for auditions.

Processing of applications for vocational and secondary school youth education

§ 6. Secondary institution treats the applications received in accordance with the rules applicable to the admission sought training. The institution's leader must immediately after receipt by mail or e-mail acknowledge receipt of each application. If the leader has already at this time has decided to record an applicant at the institution, the leader at the same time, give the applicant thereof, and the head need not to send additional message to the applicant.

(2). Receive an educational institution an application form that is incomplete filled in, see. section 4, paragraph 2, the institution shall seek the necessary information before a decision is taken on admission or forwarding, without prejudice. § 9.

§ 7. If a candidate cannot appear on the searched education, forwards the institution immediately and no later than the 1. may the application form to the highest priority educational institution which is part of an education wish, and which includes another training with other admission requirements than already treated would. If there are no more priority in the application of education would be sent the application to Ungdommens Educational guidance in the pupil's home municipality to further measure, with a copy to the applicant.

(2). If an applicant for an upper secondary school education to fulfil the conditions for inclusion on the searched training, but of capacity cannot be included on the institution which receives the application shall be dealt with according to the rules laid down to that effect in the notice of the application for admission in the secondary education (Admission Decree).

(3). If an applicant for a vocational training fulfils the conditions for admission to the training, but sought by capacity reasons cannot be included on the searched education, educational institution, which receives the application shall process the application in accordance with the rules thereof in order on professional education and training.

§ 8. No later than the 1. June, applicants must have written reply as to whether they are recorded.

(2). Applicants must take an entrance examination for secondary education after 1. June, must be notified of the admission is contingent upon the outcome of an audition notice for admission in accordance with the provisions of the secondary education (Admission Decree). The applicant shall have final message as soon as possible after they have paid an entrance examination.

(3). Applicants for vocational training, restricted, which is included in the terms of the special admission procedure, see. Ordinance on vocational training, must, if the special admission procedure cannot be completed before 1 January 2002. June, have notified that their application is under continued treatment. Applicants must have a final message as soon as possible after the Declaration of the result of the admission procedure.

Chapter 3

Applicants who do not go to primary school or 10. class, or who are searching for application deadline

§ 9. Applicants who attend school and who wish to change the application after the 15. March – with the assistance of Youth guidance or the person, after school or free basic school supervisor – sign up directly to the desired educational establishment in accordance with the rules applicable to the relevant vocational or upper secondary school education, including any rules on the application deadline. Applicants must use the same schemas used for application on 15. March.

(2). Applicants who do not go to an elementary school or in 10. class, or who are searching for the 15 application deadline. March, must register directly to the desired educational establishment in accordance with the rules applicable to the relevant vocational or upper secondary school education, including any rules on the application deadline.

(3). Applicants in accordance with paragraph 2 may apply through the use of digital signature on www.optagelse.dk or send paper forms "Applicants outside school" and the related "Training program for young people who don't go to school," located on the same website.

Chapter 4

Registration for the individually planned secondary education

§ 10. Primary school or provider of 10. class, together with the special training plan send notice of participation in vocational training or youth grunduddannelsen for young people with special needs for Youth Educational guidance in the municipality in which the young person is domiciled, in accordance with article 3. notice on guidance on choice of youth education and profession.

(2). The message to the Youth guidance is done digitally via the Ministry entrance portal at www.optagelse.dk.

Chapter 5
Registration for 10. class of, respectively, a municipal school, after school or a free elementary school

§ 11. The applicant shall, not later than four working days after elementary school application deadline on 15. March send enrollment and education plan to the municipal purveyor of 10. class that the student is seeking admission to. Copy of the enrollment and training plan at the same time be sent to the Youth guidance in the municipality in which the pupil resides.

(2). Registration for 10. class is done digitally via the Ministry entrance portal at www.optagelse.dk.

(3). Pupils shall, not later than 1 January 2006. June garden writing answers about recording from the municipal purveyor of 10. class.

§ 12. Application for admission to school or free elementary schools, providing 10. class, is achieved by direct application to the school. The application shall be effected in accordance with the rules of the school.

Copy of enrolment and education plan shall be sent simultaneously to the Youth guidance in the municipality in which the young person is domiciled.

(3). Registration for 10. class is done digitally via the Ministry entrance portal at www.optagelse.dk.

Chapter 6

Communication on activities other than 10. class and youth education

§ 13. Primary school or provider of 10. class together with the education plan must send notice of participation in activities other than 10. class and youth education for Youth Educational guidance in the municipality in which the young person is domiciled. Youth guide must then process the data in order to be able to give young people guidance in connection with later choices of education and occupation.

(2). The message, see. (1) is transmitted digitally via the Ministry entrance portal at www.optagelse.dk.

Chapter 7

Coordination of admission to higher education

§ 14. Application for admission in higher education is done digitally via the Ministry entrance portal at www.optagelse.dk or manually by using the forms on paper. These forms can be printed from the entrance portal.

§ 15. There should be a coordination of applicants for admission to higher education. Coordination includes the training referred to in the notice of admission, enrolment and leave, etc. by certain higher education and Ordinance on access, etc. at the bachelor's and master's degrees at the universities.

(2). Other higher education than those referred to in paragraph 1 may fall within the scope of the coordination, in agreement with the Ministry of science, technology and innovation.

(3). Coordination is carried out by a coordination secretariat, authorised by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Development.

Chapter 8

Accountability

§ 16. Institutions covered by the notice, shall, upon request, inform the Ministry of education and the Ministry of Science, Technology and Development, see. § 15, information that is necessary for the coordination of the application and registration, including information about the provision of education, applicants for and recorded by education.

(2). The Ministry of education may provide for the information referred to in paragraph 1 shall be delivered in electronic form, including in the format of the information to be supplied.

Chapter 9

Entry into force of the

§ 17. The notice shall enter into force on the 15. October 2008.

(2). At the same time repealed Executive Order No. 12 by 11. January 2008 concerning the procedure for application for and coordination of educational institutions admission of applicants for secondary education and higher education, the procedure of registration for 10. class and on the communication to the Youth guidance (Procedure notice).
