Chapter 1

Objective

§ 1. The admission of applicants to certain juvenile training establishments and higher education must be coordinated in order to ensure that the applicant is accepted on the highest possible priority education and training institution and that it should be established ; Total absorption capacity is best utilized, cf. ~ § 2-8, and ~ ~ § 14 and 15. ~

Paragraph 2. To support the instructions following basic school or 10. class shall receive a copy of the training instructions provided for in paragraph 1 (2). 1, mentioned applications to the youth education, enrollments to 10. class, cf. sections 11 and 12, as well as receive and process messages from primary school or 10 students. participation in other activities and individually designed youth training, cf. ~ § 10 and 13. ~

Chapter 2

The application for the coordination of admission to professional and secondary youth education for applicants who go to primary school or 10. class

§ 2. The procedure for coordinating the application for professional and secondary education and training in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Committee on Economic and Development. Section 3 to 10 includes institutions providing youth training in the Ministry of Education of the Ministry of Education.

Completion of the application scheme

§ 3. The application scheme available at www.optagelse.dk can be filled in with up to five training wishes to be given in order of priority. The training of a single training shall be combined with a training institution.

Paragraph 2. An applicant may only place the same high school education institution in one of its training wishes, unless an institution provides its training for several different addresses. The applicant shall be allowed to hire the same training in several of his training wishes.

Paragraph 3. No applicant for secondary school education has a right to fulfil its wishes, however many or few of the possible priority requests that the applicant has filled.

§ 4. The applicant and his parents whose applicant is less than 18 years of age shall send or return the draft of the applicant to the applicant ' s school so that the school has it in its hands at the latest by the expiry of the 15. March of the year in which the applicant leaves the school.

Paragraph 2. The school controls that the scheme is complete and adds the information that school has to provide, including the test and the standpoint percepts of the young. The school sends the schema digital via the Education Ministry's accession track, www.optagelse.dk, to the highest priority training institution within four working days after the deadline for the 15 application. March.

§ 5. The education plan, cf. publication of advice on the choice of youth training and occupation is included in the application form.

Paragraph 2. The school and the training guide of the applicant shall be informed by application to the high school education on a possible setting for acceptance tests.

Treatment of applications for business-oriented and secondary youth education

§ 6. The institution of youth training shall examine the applications received after the initiation rules applicable to the course of training. Paragraph 2. Receiving a training institution an application schema that is not fully filled in, cf. Section 4 (4). 2, the institution shall obtain the necessary information before taking a decision on admission or forwarding, cf. § 9.

§ 7. If an applicant cannot be entered on the requested training, the institution shall transmit immediately and no later than 1. In May, the application schema for the highest priority training institution, which is part of a training period, comprises a different training with other accession requirements than already treated. If, in the application, the application is not more than one priority training to be submitted, the application shall be sent to the student ' s Education Guide to the student home municipality for further measure with a copy to the applicant.

Paragraph 2. If an applicant for a high school education fulfils the conditions for inclusion on the requested training, but for capacity reasons cannot be accepted in the institution receiving the application, the application shall be treated in accordance with the rules on this subject ; announces relating to the admission of high school education (acceptance notice).

Paragraph 3. Where an applicant for vocational training meets the conditions for inclusion on the requested training, but for capacity reasons cannot be accepted in the course of training, the training institution receiving the application shall be treated as such ; the application, in accordance with the rules, in the notice of vocational training.

§ 8. Not later than 1. June, the applicants must have written answers as to whether or not they are taken.

Paragraph 2. Applicants that are required to audition for a high school education after 1. June, must be notified of the accession to be conditional on the outcome of an acceptance test in accordance with the rules of publication in the high school education (initiation notice). The applicant must be informed as soon as possible after the initiation test has been taken.

Paragraph 3. Applicants for access restrictions for vocational training which are subject to the conditions of the special admission procedure, cf. notification of vocational training, if the special admission procedure cannot be completed before 1. June, have been informed that their application is still under consideration. The applicant must have a final word as soon as possible after the initiation of the accession procedure.

Applicants that don't go to primary school or 10. class or searching for the expiry of the application ;

§ 9. Applicants that go to school and who want to change the application after the 15th. In March, with the assistance of the education and training guidelines of the Youth Education Service or the appropriate secondary school or the principal ' s guidance system, please report directly to the requested institution of training, in accordance with the rules applicable to the business operator concerned ; or secondary school education, including any rules applying to the date of application. Paragraph 2. Applicants that don't go to primary school or 10. the class or searching for the expiry of the 15 application period. In March, register directly to the requested institution of training, in accordance with the rules applicable to the professional or secondary youth training, including any rules applying to the application period.

Paragraph 3. Applicants in accordance with paragraph 1 2 may apply using a digital signature at www.optagelse.dk or send out the forms "Appepers outside of school" and the "Education Plan for Young" that does not attend school "that does not go to school" that are on the same home page.

Chapter 4

Enrollment to Individual Youth Training

§ 10. Paragraph 2. The message for the Youth Education Guide will be digitally through the Education Ministry's accession portal at www.optagelse.dk.

Chapter 5

Ensign to 10. class at a local authority school, a post-school or a school-free elementary school.

§ 11. The primary school of the applicant shall not later than four working days after the date of application of the 15. March will send the enrollment and the training schedule to the municipal provider of 10. Class the student is applying to. A copy of the enrollment and training plan shall be sent simultaneously to the Youth Education Guide in the municipality in which the student is domiciled.

Chapter 6

Notice of activity other than 10. class and youth training,

§ 13. Chapter 7

Coordination of higher education from higher education

§ 14. Application for the entry of higher education will be digitally by the Education Ministry's absorption portal on www.optagelse.dk or manually using schemas on paper. The schedule files can be printed from the recording portal.

§ 15. Coordination of the applicant ' s accession shall be made in higher education. The coordination includes the training referred to in the notice of access, entry and leave, etc., in certain higher education and in the notice of access, etc., at the universities and candidate education.

Chapter 8

Information to be confidential

§ 16. Institutions covered by the notice shall notify the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Science, Technologies and Development, cf. Section 15, which are necessary for the coordination of the application and enrollment, including information on training courses, applicants for and taken in training.

Paragraph 2. The Ministry of Education may provide for the information provided for in paragraph 1. 1 must be provided in an electronic form, including in the format of the information provided.

Chapter 9

Entry into force

§ 17. The announcement shall enter into force on the 15th. October 2008.

Paragraph 2. At the same time, notice No Twelve of 11.
