Under section 15 (1) and section 22, paragraph 4, of law No. 602 by 24. June 2005 for business promotion, be determined in accordance with the authorisation:

§ 1. By prepacking for the purposes of this Ordinance, a device consisting of a product and the individual packaging, the product is packaged in a product is prepacked when it is without the purchaser's presence is packaged in a package of whatever nature in such a way that the quantity of the item wrapped in packaging has a predetermined size, which cannot be altered without the package is opened or undergo a visible change.

(2). By package size nominal quantity or volume means the amount or volume specified on the package.

(3). Multi packs are prepackaged products containing two or more individual packages which are designed for sale individually. The nominal quantities listed in the annex, point 1, shall apply to each package.

(4). Where a prepacked item consists of two or more individual packages which are not intended for sale individually, the nominal quantities listed in the annex, point 1, shall apply to the prepackage.

§ 2. Wine and spirits, as referred to in the annex, point 2, and as finished packaged within the ranges listed in the annex, point 1 may be marketed only if it is prepacked in the nominal quantities listed in the annex, point 1, of the basic regulation. However, paragraph 2.

(2). The announcement does not include any prepackaged products, as referred to in paragraph 1, when those sold in duty-free shops for consumption outside the European Union.

§ 3. In aerosol containers (aerosols), nominal total capacity of the container is specified. The Declaration must not be confused with the nominal volume of the contents.

(2). Goods sold in the form of aerosol containers, can bear the indication of the nominal weight content.

§ 4. With fine punished anyone who:





1) marketer of wine and spirits in contravention of section 2.

2) fails to specify aerosol containers are a total nominal capacity of the container itself in contravention of section 3.





(2). That can be imposed on companies, etc. (legal persons) criminal liability in accordance with the provisions of the criminal code 5. Chapter.

§ 5. The notice shall enter into force on the 11. April 2009.

(2). At the same time repealed Executive Order No. 901 of 29. November 1993 on volume sizes for wine, grape must and spirits, etc. (Volume order).

Yellow wine





Wine as defined in annex IV point 1, 15 or 16 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003. 479/2008 (CN code ex 2204) with indication of origin: "Côtes du Jura", "Arbois", "L'Etoile" and "Château-Chalon" in bottles as defined in annex 1, point 3, to Commission Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003. 753/2002 of 29. April 2002 concerning certain detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003. 1493/19992) as regards the description, designation, presentation and protection of certain wine sector products







Sparkling wine





Wine as defined in annex IV point 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003. 479/2008 (CN code 2204 10)







Liqueur wines





Wine as defined in annex IV point 3 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003. 479/2008 (CN code 2204 21 — 2204 29)







Aromatized wine





Aromatised wine as defined in article 2 paragraph 1, point (a) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2377/90. 1601/913) of 10.
