Decree amending the Decree on subsidies for the promotion of innovation relating to the processing of food and the forestry sector through the development, demonstration and investment

§ 1

In executive order No. 1080 by 3. September 2007 on a financial contribution to the promotion of innovation relating to the processing of food and the forestry sector through the development, demonstration and investments, as amended by Decree No. 1418 of 11. December 2007 and the Decree No. 1580 by 28. December 2007, shall be amended as follows:

1. Everywhere in the notice, the words ' the Directorate of Food Business ' to: ' Food Business ', ' Directorate ': ' Food Business ', ' Directorate ': ' Food Business ', ' Directorate of Food Business ' to: ' Food Business ' and ' Directorate ': ' Food Business '.

2. Pursuant to section 1 shall be inserted:

» § 1 (a). commitment on grants may be given to projects, see. Chapter 5, 6 and 7, co-financed with other public national funding than funds from the Ministry of food. After the notice may not exceed the subsidy to the public national funding equal EU co-funding. Co-financing with other public national funding than funds from the Ministry of food can be made up to and including the for project type or business type applicable maximum grant rate.

section 1 (b). commitment on grants for projects to be co-financed by the funds from both the Ministry of food, agriculture and the EU may only be granted to





1) a development project, see. Chapter 5,

2) a development project, see. Chapter 5, along with a demonstration project, see. Chapter 6, or

3) a development project, see. Chapter 5, along with an investment project, see. Chapter 7, and a demonstration project, see. Chapter 6.





(2). The eligible expenditure of the investment project, see. Chapter 7, limited to 2/3 of the total eligible costs of the projects. '

3. section 4, paragraphs 3 and 4, shall be replaced by the following: ' (3). Applications for grants under section 1 (a) may be submitted by 2 laps. Applications must be received in the Food Business by 30. October 2008 or no later than the 21. November 2008.

(4). Applications for grants under section 1 (b) must be received in the Food Business, no later than the 21. November 2008. Applications under section 1 (b) (1). 2, and applications under section 1 (b) (1). 3, must be submitted together to the food Profession. '

4. paragraph 4 (a) is repealed.

5. section 9, paragraph 2 is replaced by the following: ' (2). It is a condition of grant commitments to a development project, that the project is carried out in cooperation, which shall include at least a primary source for agriculture and another party, there is no primary source for agriculture. '

6. In section 10, paragraph 1, shall be inserted after ' large enterprises ' shall mean ', see. However, paragraphs 2 and 3. '

7. In section 10 shall be inserted after paragraph 1 as new pieces: ' (2). The grant after notice may for development projects under section 1 (a) must not provide more than 30 percent for small businesses, a maximum of 25% for medium-sized enterprises and a maximum of 20% for large companies.

(3). If the conditions laid down in paragraph 4, no. 1-5 are complied with, may grant for development projects after the publication under section 1 (a) shall not exceed 50 per cent of all types of companies. '




Paragraph 2 becomes paragraph 4.



8. In article 15, paragraph 1, the following is inserted as a 2. item:




» Grant after the notice to demonstration projects under section 1 (a), may be at a maximum of up to 50 percent. '



9. In section 19 is added 2. item:




» Grants for processors of a product covered by Annex I to the Treaty 1 to a product not covered by Annex I to the Treaty 1, shall be granted on the condition that the company complies with the European Community de minimis rules, which implies that the sum of grants under this Ordinance and other de minimis aid received during the three-year period maximum must constitute the equivalent of 200,000 Euro. '



10. In article 20, paragraph 1, the following is inserted as a 2. item:




» Grant after the notice to investment projects pursuant to section 1 (a) could therefore maximum up to 20 per cent. "



11. In article 20, paragraph 2, the following is inserted as a 3. item:




» Grant after the notice to investment projects pursuant to section 1 (a) may, however, at a maximum of up to 10 per cent. '



§ 2

The notice shall enter into force on 18 October. October 2008.
