Publication of the amendment to the promotion of innovation for the processing of food and forestry sector through development, demonstration and investment promotion

§ 1

Notice no. 1080 of 3. September 2007 on subsidies for the promotion of innovation in the food and forestry sector through development, demonstration and investment, as amended by announcement No 2 1418 of 11. December 2007 and procladition no. 1580 of 28. December 2007, the following changes are made :

1. The Executive Board shall be replaced by the Executive Board of the Executive Board of the Executive Board of : 'Food business', the 'Directorate' for Food Business ', the Directorate for Food Ereners to :' Food Erk's 'and' directorate ' to : "Fan Erenvs."

2. The following section is added :

" § 1 a. Commitments for grants may be given to projects, cf. Chapters 5, 6 and 7, which shall be co-financed by other public national funds other than the Ministry of the Food Office. The grant of the notice may not exceed the level of the public national financing corresponding to EU cofinancing. Co-financing with other public national funds other than the funds provided by the Food Office may be up to and with the applicable maximum subsidy rate for the project type or enterprise type.

§ 1 b. Commitments for projects to be financed by the resources of both the Authority and the European Union can only be granted only ;

1) a development project, cf. Chapter 5,

2) a development project, cf. Chapter 5, together with a demonstration project, cf. Chapter 6, or

3) a development project, cf. Chapter 5, together with an investment project, cf. Chapter 7, and a demonstration project, cf. Chapter 6.

Paragraph 2. The eligible expenditure related to the investment project, cf. in Chapter 7, be limited to 2/3 of the total eligible cost of the projects. `

3. Section 4 (4). 3 and 4, ITREAS :

" Stop. 3. Applications for grants under section 1 a may be submitted by 2 laps. Applications shall be received in Food Erstice at the latest by 30. October 2008 or no later than 21. November, 2008.

Paragraph 4. Applications for grants under Section 1 b shall be received in Food Erstice not later than 21. November, 2008. Applications for section 1 (b) (b). 1, no. 2, and applications in accordance with section 1 (b) (b). 1, no. 3, shall be sent together to the Food Business. `

4. § 4 a revoked.

5. Section 9 (1). 2, ITREAS :

" Stop. 2. It is a condition of a commitment to a development project that the project is carried out in cooperation that must include at least a primary producer in soil use and another party not the primary producer in the field of soil use. ` ;

Paragraph 2 is then referred to in paragraph 2. 4.

8. I Section 15 (3). 1, pasted as Act 2. :

' The amount of the proceeds following the announcement for demonstration projects in accordance with section 1 may not exceed 50%. '

9. I § 19 pasted as Act 2. :

' Deposits to undertakings processed by a product covered by Annex 1 of the Treaty to a product not covered by Annex 1 to the Treaty shall be granted on condition that the undertaking complies with the Community's de minimis rules, which means that the sum of grants following this notice and the second minimum aid for a three-year period may constitute a maximum of 200 000 euro. `

10. I Section 20 (2). 1, pasted as Act 2. :

' The amount of the proceeds following the announcement of investment projects in accordance with section 1 may not exceed 20%. '

11. I Section 20 (2). 2, pasted as Three. Point. :

' The amount of the proceeds following the announcement of investment projects in accordance with section 1 may not exceed 10%. '

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on the 18-1. October 2008.
