Publication of the amendment of the approval and view of vehicles

( Default type-approval for heavy trailers, etc. ()

§ 1

Notice no. 762 of 8. July 2004 on the approval and view of vehicles, as amended by the notice No 1539 of 29. December 2004, Notice no. 1140 of 30. Notice no. 669 of 20. June 2006 and Notice no. 1490 of 12. December 2007, the following changes are made :

1. Section 14, paragraph 14. 1, no. 7, ITREAS :

" 7) trailers for trailer, if the trailers are fitted with the brakes, the pressure-mechanical brakes or are not equipped with braking ; ` ;

2. I Section 14, paragraph 14. 1, no. 8, the words ' and ` shall be deleted ;

3. I Section 14, paragraph 14. 1, no. 9, change '. ` to : ", and"

4. After Section 14, paragraph 14. 1, no. 9, added as a new number :

" 10) "semi-trailers with compressed mechanical brakes."

5. After Section 14, paragraph 14. 7, the following paragraph shall be added :

" Stop. 8. The FDA may lay down additional technical requirements as condition for the type-approval of heavy trailers (permissible maximum laden weight of more than 3,500 kg) ` ;

6. § 27 ITREAS :

" § 27. A car or trailer to be used for the visual-free interconnection must be approved for this purpose, cf. the rules of publication of the vehicle and trailer, with a maximum permissible maximum weight of not more than 3,500 kg and proclaimes on visual-trailer, with a maximum laden mass exceeding 3,500 kilograms. ` ;

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. November, 2008.
