Publication of the air-height height in horse stables

In accordance with section 6 (4), 2, and in reference to section 33-35 of the Law of Horses of Horses, cf. law no. 528 of 6. June 2007, as amended by law no. 315 of 30. April 2008 :

§ 1. The rules of this notice shall apply to any horse team.

Paragraph 2. The notice shall not apply to horses used in the course of technical and scientific studies carried out under the supervision of the Animal Research Commission.

§ 2. For the purposes of this notice :

§ 3. In the stables used for the upheaval of horses with a constant target of not exceeding 1,35 m, the ceiling height shall be at least 2,10 m in the height of any stocking.

Paragraph 2. In the stables used for the upheaval of horses with a constant target of not exceeding 1,45 m, the ceiling height shall be at least 2,20 m in a free-altitude of any stocking.

Paragraph 3. In the stables used for the upheaval of horses with a constant target of not exceeding 1,55 m, the ceiling height must be at least 2,30 m in the height of any stocking.

Paragraph 4. In the stables used for the upheaval of horses with a constant target of not exceeding 1,65 m, the ceiling height must be at least 2,40 m in the height of possible stocking.

Paragraph 5. In the stables used for the upheaval of horses with a constant target of over 1,65 m, the ceiling height in the stable must be at least 2,60 m in the height of any stocking in accordance with the case of any stocking. Section 6 (2). First, on the team of horses.

§ 4. For the infringement of the notice, section 33-35 on the poopenings and penalties applicable to the law on horses apply.

§ 5. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. November 2008, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. For horse teams established before 1. In July 2007, the notice shall not apply from 1. January 2020.
