Publication of the publication of energy markings on buildings and inspection reports on kettle and heating systems, etc.

In accordance with section 25 (1), Paragraph 1, and section 29 (1). 4, no. One and two, in the law. 585 of 24. June 2005, on the promotion of energy savings in buildings, as amended by law no. 308 of 30. April 2008, on the eco-design of energy-consuming products, shall be determined according to Article 31 (1). 1 :

§ 1. The announcement shall apply to the energy marks of buildings and inspection reports on kettle, heating, ventilation and air conditioning.

§ 2. The Energy Management Board may publish energy labels and inspection reports on kettle, heat, ventilation and air conditioning in their entirety or parts thereof, cf. however, section 3.

Paragraph 2. The Energy Management Board may publish calculations, including calculation requirements and calculation results, which are laid down for energy labelling and inspection reports covered by paragraph 1. 1.

Paragraph 3. Publication under paragraph 1. 1 and 2 may occur in electronic form.

§ 3. Information in energy markings which owners of enfamily houses have given for their own consumption are not published.

Paragraph 2. Information on the Department of Defense Buildings shall be published by agreement with the Ministry of Defence.

§ 4. The publication of sections 2 and 3 may be carried out by the Energy Management Board of the relevant information to the Public Information Server (OIS). This information may be disclosed from OIS, in accordance with the rules of publication of the transfer of data from the BBR and other property data (OIS-Bekendtdecision).

§ 5. Decisions taken by the Agency for Energy shall not be subject to the climate and energy minister, the Energy Board (Energy Agency), or other administrative authority.

§ 6. Publication shall enter into force on 1. November, 2008.
