Publication of the establishment and employment of persons in sports associations, the music, ballet, ballet, dance and rideschools, and ridecenters and fitness centres
In accordance with section 2 (2), One and four, in the law. 520 of 21. June 2005 on the entry into respect of child certification in respect of the recruitment of personnel and so on shall be determined :
§ 1. Agencies, associations, etc. in the field of the Ministry of Culture shall obtain child certification before they hire or employ persons who, as part of the performance of their tasks, have direct contact with children under 15 years, cf. § 2.
Paragraph 2. The introduction of a child certificate shall be in accordance with the rules applicable to such certificates in section 36 of the Notice concerning the processing of personal data in the Central Criminal Register (the Criminal Investigation Register), including the information relating to the information referred to in the Central Criminal Register of the Information Centre, has notified written consent to the entry into question.
§ 2. The following authorities, associations and so on have a duty to obtain child certification for persons intended to act as trainers, instructors, team leaders or teachers of children under the age of 15, including assistants, temporary carers, deputies and students practised, provided that : in the context of a fixed association :
1) In sport, there are members of Denmark's Sport League, Danish Gymnastics, and the League of Sport, the Danish League of Danes, the Danish Firm Org Association or Association, and so on, members of one of these organizations.
2) Music schools.
3) Ballet and dance schools.
4) Rideschools and ridecenters.
5) Motion and fitness centers.
Paragraph 2. Where the first paragraph is established, 1 means the intention of the attached or employment of the employment to the authority, the association and so on shall be more than a stand-alone or a short-term character. In these cases, children's certificate must be obtained prior to accesder as an employed or employed person. However, the stock exchange certificate shall be obtained in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 no later than three weeks after the date on which a person has been assigned to the authority, the association, etc. for more than three months and during this period for at least 3 cases or in a continuous period of more than one week has operated as : Coach, instructor, team manager, or teacher, cf. paragraph 1, provided that the person remains attached to the authority, the association and so on.
Paragraph 3. § 4. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. November, 2008.
