Under section 17, paragraph 2, section 30, paragraph 8 and 10, § 33, § 34 a, paragraph 2, article 43, paragraph 1, section 54 (1), (2) and (4) and section 58, paragraph 2, and after negotiation with the Minister of finance, section 39 of the law on institutions of general secondary education and general adult education etc., see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 937 of 22. September 2008, section 10 (g) of the Act on guidance on choice of education and occupation, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 630 of 20. June 2008, section 12 of Act No. 590 of 24. June 2005 on amendments to the law on institutions for training for baccalaureate, law on institutions for training to higher preparatory exam, Act on basic social and health education, law on general adult education and on adult education centers and various other laws, section 9 of Act No. 591 of 24. June 2005 on amendments to the law on Establishments of higher education and other independent institutions of higher education, etc., Act on medium-term higher education, law on centres for training tools, etc. and various other laws on the territory and after negotiation with the Ministry of finance, section 12, paragraph 6, of the law on public payments, etc., see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 798 of 28. June 2007, lays down the following:

Chapter 1

Grants

§ 1. Granted to institutions for general secondary education and general adult education:





1) Basic allowance pursuant to section 30, paragraph 1, of the law on institutions of general secondary education and general adult education, etc., and guidelines for the basic allowance provided for in the annual finance acts and in the AGV-script, see. § 8.

2) Activity specific grants for training for baccalaureate, degree programme for higher preparatory exam, general adult education, preparatory adult education and Dyslexic education for adults pursuant to section 30, paragraph 1, 2, 3 and 7 of the law on establishments of general secondary education and general adult education, etc., and guidelines for each of the grants provided for in the annual finance acts and in the AGV-script.

3) Activity specific grants for education, aiming at a similar international exams, which is qualifying for higher education in Denmark under section 33 of the law on institutions of general secondary education and general adult education, etc., and guidelines for each of the grants provided for in the annual finance acts and in the AGV-script.

4) Activity specific supplements to dietary departments pursuant to section 34 of the law on institutions of general secondary education and general adult education, etc., and guidelines for each of the grants provided for in the annual finance acts and in the AGV-script. Supplements to dietary departments of former County high schools will be granted, however, as a framework grant determined in accordance with the guidelines laid down in the annual finance acts and in the AGV-script.

5) Activity specific grants to individual competence assessment pursuant to section 34 (a) of the law on institutions of general secondary education and general adult education, etc., and guidelines for each of the grants provided for in the annual finance acts and in the AGV-script.

6) Activity specific grants for introductory courses and building bridges to baccalaureate education and training related to the higher preparatory examination pursuant to section 10 (f), paragraph 1, of the Act on guidance on choice of education and profession and guidelines for each of the grants provided for in the annual finance acts and in the AGV-script.





§ 2. Activity-specific subsidy pursuant to section 1, nr. 2-6 shall be granted on the basis of each institution's number of yearly students or diet yearly students and charges per årselev or per årselev, there diet is provided in the annual finance acts for the individual education or activity. (3). § 3. Other than those covered by paragraph 1 grants and loans will be paid under the conditions laid down in the annual finance acts or by the Ministry of education in connection with the authorization of the grant or loan.

(2). To institutions for general secondary education and general adult education that is combined with an institution of vocational education, granted to other educations than the qualifying for grants under section 1, nr. 2-6, after the for that training current reimbursement rules.

Chapter 2

Statement of the yearly students, etc.

§ 4. The number of yearly students or diet yearly students are assessed on the basis of number of pupils, students, etc. who are enrolled on that training or instruction on a predetermined day (counting day) in each counting period.

(2). Pupils, students, etc. are included in the årselev calculation, if the institution concerned





1) are eligible for inclusion on the training or teaching,

2) are included in the training or teaching in counting period and is active in accordance with the rules of the study concerned, training or education and

3) is busy on the training or teaching on the count period tælledag.





(3). Students on the training for high school and students on the 2-year-old education for higher preparatory exam may not be included in the institution's årselev the calculation of single-subject courses. A student or student who follows the teaching of a high school elective courses at another institution than the one in which the pupil or student is enrolled at the upper-secondary education, may not be included in the årselev calculation at the other institution.

§ 5. Statement of the number of yearly students, see. paragraph 2, and without prejudice to article yearly students diet. (3) to be used for the determination of subsidies after this order is according to the guidelines, including for counting days, counting periods and alerts, in the AGV-script.

(2). By a årselev mean:





1) On training for baccalaureate and training to higher preparatory examination, except stx-single subject, hf-single subject and high school completion, a student taught at the institution's measure in the 200 days on a full-time basis. Similarly, teaching qualifying for grants pursuant to section 33 of the law on institutions of general secondary education and general adult education etc.

§ 6. § 7. Grant instructions and pricing catalog

§ 8. In the Ministry of education instruction for grants, etc. to institutions for general secondary education and general adult education (AGV-script) is set further guidelines for the calculation, payment and adjustment of the grants under this Ordinance.

§ 9. The fixed rates for the individual study programmes, subjects, etc. can be found in the tariff catalogs, available on the Ministry's website at the address http://www.uvm.dk/takst.

Chapter 4

Different rules

The institutions ' budget and authorization system

§ 10. Institutions for general secondary education and general adult education is governed by the rules laid down in the applicable at any time budget guidance issued by the Ministry of finance, see. However, section 11.

§ 12. Institutions for general secondary education and general adult education must be in accordance with the guidelines in the AGV-script apply specific administrative systems.

§ 14. Public payments

§ 15. Institutions for general secondary education and general adult education etc. is subject to the provisions of sections 1-8 of the law on public payments, etc. and rules issued thereunder, see. However, paragraph 2.

(2). The provision in section 7 of the law on public payments, etc. on the use of electronic payment management applies only in relation to the institutions ' payment of bills, when the common administrative systems subject to section 12 can handle electronic invoices.

Sankt Annæ Gymnasium

§ 16. Grants for Sankt Annæ Gymnasium after this Ordinance shall be paid to the municipality of Copenhagen.

Chapter 5

Date of entry into force and transitional provisions

§ 17. The notice shall enter into force on the 1. November 2008 with effect for the financial year 2008 and later, see. However, paragraph 2.

(2). The notice has effect only from 1. August 2008:





1) reimbursement for introductory courses and building bridges after law for guidance on selection of training and occupation.

(3). Executive Order No. 1395 of 12. December 2006 on the grant payment, etc. for institutions of general secondary education and general adult education etc. are hereby repealed.

§ 18. For institutions that receive the basic allowance under section 1, nr. 1, shall be regulated by a transitional period the total activity-specific grants after the law on institutions of general secondary education and general adult education, etc. in accordance with guidelines to be determined at the annual finance laws.

(2). The adult education centres, pursuant to section 6, paragraph 2, of law No. 592 of 24.
