Publication concerning the regulation of compensation and insurance payments under law of railway undertakings

In accordance with Article 13 (1), 3, and section 17 (3). 1, in the law of rail, cf. Law Order no. 567 of 9. June 2008 shall be determined :

§ 1. After the railway line, section 13 (3). 3, the amount referred to in the provision shall be adjusted each year per year. 1. 1 with 2%. the adjustment percentage attributable to the current financial year, cf. Act of a rate adjustment percentage. The resulting amounts shall be rounded off to the nearest 100-delegated coronation.

Paragraph 2. After Section 2 (2), 3, in the notice of liability insurance for railway undertakings and railway infrastructure management, they shall be governed by the provisions of Article 2 (2) of the notice. 1-4 thresholds each year per year ; 1. 1 with 2%. the adjustment percentage attributable to the current financial year, cf. Act of a rate adjustment percentage. The resulting amounts shall be rounded off to the nearest 1 million crowned crown.

Paragraph 3. The adjustment rate for the financial year 2009 amounts to 1.4, cf. Notice no. 851 of 21. This is August 2008 on the rate regulator, the rate of adjustment and the rate of satadjustment, and the amount of the financial year for the financial year 2009. The adjustment rate added to 2 pct., cf. paragraph 1, is 3.4.

§ 2. Impact of any damage that will enter the period 1. 1 January 2009-31. In December 2009, it is in the section 13 section of the railway line. Three, said $13.800. (handbags).

In December 2009, the insurance amount shall be as set out in Section 2 (2). 3, in the notice of liability for damage to railway undertakings and railway infrastructure management, as a minimum, DKK 11 000 000. (vintage trails-track 1000 mm to and with 1435 mm and narrow track track 500 mm to and with 1000 mm).

Paragraph 4. For the period 1. 1 January 2009-31. In December 2009, the insurance amount shall be as set out in Section 2 (2). 4, in the notice of liability for damage to railway undertakings and railway infrastructure management as a minimum, DKK 6,000,000. (ministries track below 500 mm).

§ 4. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January, 2009.
