Key Benefits:
Publication and scrap of the archival of the courts
In accordance with paragraph 5 (2), 1, in the Executive Order of the Ministry of Culture. 591 of 26. June 2003 on public files of public files and public archives shall be fixed as follows :
Area
§ 1. The provisions shall apply to archivalies, as up to 31. January 2006 has been created or provided, and which is in custody at the Supreme Court, the Rigscourt, the Special Kstore, the Board of Employment, the Sø and Trade Court, the compels and the condo courts, as well as the first to 1. April 2008 at the end-of-office offices.
Paragraph 2. The provisions shall not apply to archivalies stored on electronic medium.
Bewaring and discards
§ 2. All files of the Supreme Court's court department registered after the Supreme Court's journal plan are preserved.
Paragraph 2. All of the archivalies registered to the President of the Supreme Court to and by 2004 are maintained.
Paragraph 3. Archivalier registered to the President of the Supreme Court of 2005 shall be retained as specified in Annex 1.
§ 3. All the files from the Rigscourt will be preserved.
§ 4. Archivalier from the Special Kstore, which relates to court rulings, shall be retained.
§ 5. All of the archivalists from the Conemployment Board recorded in the records of the employment record are retained.
§ 6. Archivalies from the Sø and Handelscourt, registered after the Sø and Handelscourt journal plan shall be retained as indicated in Annex 2.
§ 7. Archivalies from the compels who are registered after the national records shall be retained as set out in Annex 3.
Paragraph 2. Archivalies registered in the West ' s President ' s President of the Republic of 1919-1993 shall be retained as indicated in Annex 4.
Paragraph 3. Archivalies registered in the West ' s President ' s President of the Republic of 1994 shall be retained as indicated in Annex 5.
Paragraph 4. Archivalier registered in the President of the Country of the Country of the Country of 1919-1993 shall be retained as set out in Annex 6.
Paragraph 5. Archivalier registered to the President of the Country of the Country of the Republic of 1994 shall be retained as set out in Annex 7.
§ 8. Archivalies from the conurbates placed on the records of the city shall be retained as set out in Annex 8.
§ 9. Archivalier, which should not be retained in accordance with section 2-8, is discarded when the retention requirement of other provisions is fulfilled and when, in the case of the authority's own assessment, they no longer have legal or administrative significance.
Entry into force, etc.
§ 10. The provisions shall enter into force on 8. November, 2008.
Stk.2. Publication no. 1013 of 8. October 2008 on the preservation and discards of the archiving courts are repealed.
