Publication of the amendment of the announcement of the emancipation of certain construction organizations for the grant of grants

§ 1

Notice no. 314 of 10. 1 August 1965 on the emancipation of certain construction organizations, as amended by the notice of the provisions of Article 1 (2), 261 of 20. 1974, the following changes shall be made :

1. I § 1 pasted as new paragraph 3 :

" Stop. 3. A society which acquides itself, in its entirety, is covered by the legislation on cooperatives and other residential communities from the time of free purchase. '

2. I Section 2 (2). 1 , the ' Law on Assessment and Taxation of the State of the country ' s fixed properties ' shall be replaced by ' the assessment of the country ' s permanent properties '.

3. Section 2 (2). 2 ITREAS IS TO BE

" Stop. 2. Where there is any room for improvements to the property of the association or residents who have increased the value of the property, the difference shall be reduced in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 with documented detainees for improvements. The association may, however, require that the difference in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 instead shall be reduced by a standard amount, which amounts to 1 200 kr. per gross gross oepenal area. The standard amount shall be adjusted in accordance with the price rate calculated by Denmark's statistics for January 2008 as a basis for the price of the net price index. Regulation shall be made at the latest published index at the time of the request for emancipation from the application. `

4. § 5 revoked.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. December 2008.
