Publication of amounts to be adjusted according to the Act on the changeover of the death penalty

In accordance with paragraph 21 (1), Two, in Law No 383 of 22. In May 1996 on the changeover of the death penalty, the following shall be determined :

§ 1. After paragraph 21, paragraph 1. 1, in the Act of the changeover of the death penalty, it shall be regulated in the section 18 of the law each year per year. 1. 1 January by 2.0%. the adjustment percentage shall be added or deduced for the financial year in question, cf. Act of a rate adjustment percentage. The amount of the total is rounded up to the nearest entire chronosum that can be shared by 1000. The adjustment shall be made on the basis of the amount at the time of the regulation applicable to the amount before rounding.

Paragraph 2. The adjustment rate for the financial year 2009 amounts to 1.4, cf. § 2 of Notice no. 851 of 21. This is August 2008 on the rate regulator, the rate of adjustment and the rate of satadjustment, and the amount of the financial year for the financial year 2009.

§ 2. With effect on fatalities, for the period 1. 1 January 2009-31. In December 2009, the amount shall be in section 18 (1). One, $36,000.

§ 3. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January, 2009.
