Publication of the recognition of diplomas at the architects of an EU country in an EEA country or a country to which the EU has entered into agreement on the exercise of a regulated occupation 1)

Purses of section 7 a, nr. 2, in the case of access to the exercise of certain professions in Denmark, cf. Law Order no. 334 of 20. March 2007 shall be determined :

§ 1. Examination certificates, certificates and other qualification certificates of the architecture of an EU country in an EEA country or a country with which the EU has concluded an agreement on the subject of the exercise of a regulated profession, is covered by Directive No 1. 2005 /36/EC, and shall be recognised on an equal footing with diplomas issued here in the country.

§ 2. The following Danish diplomas, certificates and other qualifications certificates in the architecture area shall be regarded as evidence of recognised architectural training :

1) Graduation certificates from the State's Architecture schools in Copenhagen and Aarhus for completed architectural training.

2) Registration certificates issued by the Architect Board pursuant to the Law No 202 of 28. May 1975 on registered architects.

3) Graduation certificates issued by the building condensators issued by the building technical schools or in accordance with the applicable notification of training for the building constrictor, accompanied by a certificate from the Academic Archeque Association, that the person concerned has acted as an architect for at least six years and has passed a test in order to be treated as equivalent by the holders of diplomas referred to in paragraph 1. 1.

4) Graduation certificates issued by the building block entrants issued by the building technical high schools prior to the 31. in December 1988 accompanied by a certificate from the Academic Architectural Association, that the person concerned has been engaged in construction or physical planning or equivalent practical work for 1-3 years and has passed a test in order to become equivalent to the holders of diplomas referred to in no. 1.

Paragraph 2. The one in paragraph 1. 1, no. The test is carried out by the initiation of the Akademisk Arkitekektunifying Association.

§ 3. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. December 2008.

Paragraph 2. Publication no. 478 of 2. July 1987 on the recognition of diplomas in the architecture of architecture, issued by a Member State in the European Communities, fell on the 1. October 2007.
