Law on the amendment of the day-, leisure and cluboffer, etc. for children and young people (the tender bill)

(Lunch meal in day institutions and other)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

Law no. 501 of 6. June 2007, on day, leisure and cluboffer, etc. for children and young people (the tender law) is hereby amended as follows :

1. The title of paragraph 16 shall be deleted :

"Orphan Paid Food Scheme"

2. The following section 16 is inserted :

" Food in daily institutions

§ 16 a. A healthy lunch meal for all children shall be offered in all daycare establishments in accordance with section 19, as part of the day offer service, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. The city council may decide that parents can bring the child's lunch from home to a reduction in the parental pay, cf. Section 32 (1). 2 if the child has a medical-proof allergy or other disease requiring a special diet, and the municipality Board assesses that it cannot offer the child a lunch meal after paragraph is not properly prepared. 1. "

3. § 17, paragraph 1. 1, ITREAS :

5. Section 31 (1). 2 and 3, ITREAS :

Paragraph 3. Deposits and self payment shall be determined on the basis of the approved budgets of the day tenders. `

6. § 32 ITREAS :

" § 32. Deposits to municipal day institutions and self-weighting day institutions, cf. Section 31 (1). 1, must be at least 70%. and the parent ' s own payment shall not exceed 30%. of the gross operating expenditure of section 31 (1) of the budget ; 2, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. For the reduction of parental payment after paragraph 16 a (1). 2, the grant shall be added after paragraph 31 (1). 1, must be at least 75%. and the parent ' s own funds shall not exceed 25%. of the gross operating expenses that are budgeted, cf. Section 31 (1). 2.

Paragraph 3. In the case of admission into a municipal or self-governing daily institution, the Commune Management grants and the parent ' s own payment shall be calculated on the basis of the gross operating expenses of the individual day care or on the basis of the average annual charge ; gross budgeting costs for the daily institutions of the same type in the municipality. `

7. § 33 ITREAS :

" § 33. Deposits to municipal day care, cf. Section 31 (1). 1, must be at least 75%. and the parent ' s own funds shall not exceed 25%. of the gross operating expenses that are budgeted, cf. Section 31 (1). 2.

Paragraph 2. In the case of inclusion in municipal day care, the municipality ' s allowance and the parent ' s own payment shall be calculated on the basis of the average budgeting gross operating costs of the municipal day care. `

8. I § 36, paragraph. 2, in the words ' and Article 21 (1), 2 and 3 ` shall be replaced by : ". 21, paragraph. 2 and 3, section 31-34, cf. However, sections 43 and 44 `.

§ 2

Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on 1. January, 2010, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

§ 3
