Publication on the determination of contributions for 2009 by private employers to finance ATP-contributed to the recipients of various labour market services

Under section 85 c, paragraph 1. Fourteen and 20, in the law on unemployment insurance, etc., cf. Law Order no. 975 of 26. September 2008, section 114, paragraph 1. 11 and 17, in the law on active employment, cf. Law Order no. 439 of 29. May 2008, section 13. In the field of vocational training and training, cf. 15 and 21 of the Act on reimbursement of the tracc; and training of the profession. Law Order no. 772 of 27. June 2007, as well as section 4 of notice no. 1459 of 12. In December 2007, the calculation of financing contributions, shall be determined in accordance with the recommendation of the occupational pension for the occupational pension :

§ 1. The contribution of the private employers for 2009 is set at 48 kr. per full-time employee pay-grade.

§ 2. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January, 2009.

Paragraph 2. The contribution of the contribution shall be made for the first time on the basis of ATP contributions in the period 23. Feb, 2009, 22. May 2009.
