Law on the amendment of measures against infectious and other communicable diseases

(Hygiejnecertificates and v.)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the act of measures against infectious and other communicable diseases, cf. Law Order no. 640 of 14. June 2007 shall be amended as follows :

1. Section 18 (2). 2, ITREAS :

" Stop. 2. The minister for health and prevention lays down rules on the measures to be taken to prevent rats or other rodents and vectors infecting a disease covered by this Act, in or out of the country. The Minister for Health and Prevention may, in particular, establish that a State authority which the epidemics mission pursuant to Article 4 may be required to assist with the task may allow specific practical measures to be carried out by an authorized person ; a rat-fighter which may also carry out the task in the case of vectors. `

2. § 26 ITREAS :

" § 26. The Board of Health may lay down rules on the participation of doctors and other authorised health professionals in the fight against infectious and other communicable diseases. ` ;

3. § 28, paragraph 1. 1, no. 1, ITREAS :

" 1) The owner of a ship or aircraft shall be subject to rules laid down by the Minister for Health and the Prevention of Prevention and, where applicable, the eradication of rats or other rodents and vectors, in accordance with section 18 (2). 2, including an amount to cover the costs of the epidemic emissions. `

§ 2

The law shall enter into force on 1. January, 2009.

§ 3

The law does not apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland, but can, in the case of the Faroe Islands, fully or in part, to the Faroe Islands, with the deviations that the particular ferotable relationships are saying.
