Appearance of the recognition of professional qualifications in the breeding of foxes, farthest, deer and ostrich-birds respectively 1)

§ 1. The announcement shall apply to any national of an EU / EEA Member State or a country to which the European Union has concluded agreement on the recognition of professional qualifications.

§ 2. This notice shall apply to the definitions in Directive 2005 /36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7. September 2005 on the recognition of professional qualifications.

§ 3. Paragraph 4. The notification must include the following information :

1) full name of the notifier,

2) the notifier ' s place of residence,

3) the registered address of the notifier in Denmark.

Paragraph 5. Notification shall be subject to the first notification or, if a renewal is to amend the information previously provided, be accompanied by the following documents :

1) the documentation of the nationality of the service provider ;

2) attestation from the competent authorities of the establishment country that the service provider is legally established in the country to carry out the operation of a farmed breed of foxes, farther, deer or ostrich, respectively ;

3) attestation by the competent authority of the establishment country that the service provider has not been permanently or temporarily prohibited or similar to the operation of a farmed breed of foxes, farther, deer or ostrich, respectively,

4) Proof of professional qualifications.

§ 5. The Food Management Board may verify the professional qualifications of the service provider.

Paragraph 2. Where there is a significant difference between the professional qualifications of the service provider and the training required by the notices relating to the fox, farmed game of farmed farmed, farmed and farmed by ostrich birds and the farmed species ; The fact that public health can harm public health means that the FDA is given the opportunity to take an aptitude test to prove that this has acquired the lack of knowledge or competence.

§ 6. Paragraph 2. The FDA shall exchange relevant information with competent authorities in the countries referred to in section 1 relating to complaints from recipients of services. The Food Authority shall inform the recipient of the result of the complaint.
