Publication of the modification of the notice on the handling of waste in the form of motor vehicles and waste fractions from here

§ 1

Notice no. 1708 of 20. In December 2006 on the management of waste in the form of motor vehicles and waste fractions from here, the following change is made :

1. Section 9 (1). 1, ITREAS :

' It shall be the responsibility of any undertaking receiving unearned motor vehicles pursuant to section 4 to separate treatment, to ensure that the substances, materials and components of Annexes 1 and 2 are taken from all vehicles received for waste treatment. The handling of the substances, materials and components shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements set out in Annexes 3 and 4. ` ;

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January, 2009.
