In accordance with paragraph 1 (1), 3, no. 9, in the legislation on seeds, potatoes and plants, cf. Law Order no. 261 of 26. April 1999 and section 25 of the law on plant units, cf. Law Order no. 145 of 1. March 2001, and by the authority,
§ 1. The notifier of a variety of a culture plant for variety tests with a view to the test and approval of the variety for the inclusion on the blacklist, cf. notice of a list of approved varieties of agricultural plant and vegetable species (varieties of variety), or of protection as plant unit, as defined in the case of the plant variety. the law on plant units, shall pay fees as set out in Annex 1 to cover the Agency ' s expenditure for administration and testing, etc. of the variety listed in accordance with the said provisions, cf. paragraph 2.
Paragraph 2. If a variety is declared for the purpose of approval for admission to the blacklist and to the protection of plant tendericy, charges shall be paid only for a test. Where it is in exceptional cases to limit the extent of the test, the total charges shall be reduced accordingly.
§ 2. Fees shall be decree by claims and payment shall be made within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
Paragraph 2. Payable fees shall not be paid in due time, an annual interest rate corresponding to the interest rate in accordance with Article 5 of the Rentel shall be paid. However, interest shall be at least 50 kr.
Paragraph 3. For rememrical letters, a 40-year-fee payment fee is paid.
§ 3. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January, 2009.
Paragraph 2. Publication no. 293 of 28. April 2008, on the payment for the black-market and the protection of plant protection, etc. is hereby repealed.
