In accordance with paragraph 1 (1), 3, no. 9, in the legislation on seeds, potatoes and plants, cf. Law Order no. 261 of 26. April 1999, and after authorisation :
§ 1. Entities registered after the afforestation and plant seed and plant notice shall pay fees as set out in Annex 1 to cover the Agency ' s expenditure on administration and control, etc., in accordance with the notice referred to.
§ 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 1, a company that has paid registration fee and is reregistered in the case of ownership change not pay new registration fee.
§ 3. Businesses that are only registered part of the year cannot charge the repayment or truncation of the annual registration fee.
§ 4. Fees shall be decree by claims and payment shall be made within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
Paragraph 2. Payable fees shall not be paid in due time, an annual interest rate corresponding to the interest rate in accordance with Article 5 of the Rentel shall be paid. However, interest shall be at least 50 kr.
