Appendix 1

Publication of payment for the control of fertilisers and soil improvers, etc.

In accordance with section 9 (4), 1, and 11 (1). Three, in the law. 318 of 31. March 2007 on fertilizer and soil improvers and so on, and after the authorisation is established :

§ 1. Undertakings producing or importing notifiable products by notification of fertilisers and soil improvers, etc., shall pay the charges fee, the basic fee, and quantity fee as laid down in Annex 1 to cover the Plant Directorate expenditure on administration and control, etc., in accordance with the notice and notice to limit the sale of fertilisers containing ammonium nitrate, as well as the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EC) 2003/2003 of 13. October 2003 on barking.

Paragraph 2. Volume fee, cf. in Annex 1, point C, shall be paid only once for the same party.

Paragraph 3. In the case of products containing products in the past which have been paid in the past, quantity charges shall be calculated by deducting already paid fees.

Paragraph 4. The cost of implementation of the detonation-barrability tests for lots of pure ammonium nitrate fertilizer, cf. Section 14, paragraph 14. 1, cf. Annex 7, in the notice of fertilizer and soil improvers, etc. shall be paid according to the notifier of the product.

§ 2. Undertakings covered by the notification requirement in the notice of fertilizer and soil improvers must be notified each year at the request of the Directorate-General and before a time limit set by the Directorate-General for the information on the company ' s sales in the most recent completed period from 1. August to 31. July, which is necessary for the calculation of the fees. The Directorate of Diaries may provide additional information and documentation.

Paragraph 2. If a company is to inform the Directorate of the necessary information within the time limit laid down, the directorate shall determine the basis for the fees estimated.

Paragraph 3. The Board of Directors shall check the information reported.

§ 3. Fees shall be decree by claims and payment shall be made within 30 days of the date of the invoice.

Paragraph 2. Payable fees shall not be paid in due time, an annual interest rate corresponding to the interest rate in accordance with Article 5 of the Rentel shall be paid. However, interest shall be at least 50 kr.

Paragraph 3. For rememrical letters, a 40-year-fee payment fee is paid.

§ 4. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January, 2009.
