In accordance with section 29, section 30, paragraph 30. ONE, ONE. and 3. pkt., section 35, paragraph 2, section 44 and section 45 (3). 1, as well as having a debate with the Finance Minister, cf. ~ 30 (5)) ONE, TWO. pkt., in Law No 346 of 14. May 2008 on vocational education and training for higher education and section 32 (4). 2, and section 36 of Law No 207 by 31. The following March 2008 on vocational training and professional training courses shall be determined as follows :

Chapter 1

Offer

§ 1. Professional demics shall be granted :

1) Institutions allowance as referred to in section 24 (2). 1, in the field of vocational training for higher education and guidelines for instituting institutions, set out in the annual financial laws and the EA instructions, cf. § 7.

2) Activity specific grants for vocational training courses after paragraph 32 (3). 1, and Section 36 of the law on vocational education and training and professional training and guidelines for the individual grants laid down in the annual financial laws and the EA instruction.

3) Activity specific grants for technical and mercantile professional training, which is a vocational training provider in partnership with a professional training school, after paragraph 32 (5). 1, and Section 36 of the law on vocational education and training and professional training and guidelines for the individual grants laid down in the annual financial laws and the EA instruction.

4) Activity specific grants in accordance with section 24 (2). 3, in the case of vocational education and training for higher education and guidelines for individual grants, determined by the annual financial laws and the EA instruction.

§ 2. § 3. Additional grants other than those covered by Section 1 and loans shall be paid on the basis of the annual financial laws or the Ministry of Education in connection with the grant of the subsidy or the loan.

Paragraph 2. In the case of vocational training which has been offered for training other than vocational training and professional training, grants shall be granted in accordance with the grant rules applicable to the training in question.

Chapter 2

Student year equivalance and so forth.

§ 4. The number of student years is being collected on the basis of the number of students, etc., enrolled upon the training or education concerned.

Paragraph 2. Students and so on are part of the institution ' s high estimate of the institution if the persons concerned are involved ;

1) are eligible for training or education and training ; and

2) is included in the training or teaching period and shall be studied in accordance with the rules relating to the training or education concerned.

§ 5. The calculation of the number of student years for the use of the grant of grants after this notice shall be based on the guidelines, including for the counting days, counting periods and reports, in the EA instruction.

Paragraph 2. For student years, a year's standard study is defined. Student work year equivalor (STY) can be made up as :

1) Semester-STY, where a student work year equivalent corresponds to two alleged semesters completed during the period 1. September to 31. August of the following year (study years).

2) attendance-STY, where a student year's work corresponds to a student present on a pre-day (counting day) following the initial date of training.

§ 6. Acquidation of the actual number of student years shall be attested by the institution ' s manager and internal auditor in accordance with the rules in the notification of auditing and subsidy-checks, etc. in the case of vocational education and training ; education.

Budget and appropriation rules

§ 9. Vocational academies are subject to the rules in the budget for any period applicable to the Ministry of Finance, cf. however, section 10-13.

§ 10. The institutions shall be free from the use of state grants for eligible education, administration, management and building operations, etc., for the acquisition and maintenance of premises, buildings and areas and for the purposes of the institution ; Under one.
